Consistently and meticulously looked after, its is very clean.

We know about traveling with family and want you to travel as light as possible , ask us before packing up to many suit cases … we might already have it !!!

Kids love staying at the house , it is perfectly adapted and very well equipped particularity if you plan on spending only a few days at the parks.

The conditioned playroom is fun for all ages, the large screen has so many games you will never play them all. The 30 Nintendo Classic games, Pac-Man arcade , StarWars Pinball among others allowing for the whole family great challenges.

The pool is very appreciated and the backyard faces a small forest on the edge of a lake, no backdoor neighbour looking into the pool area only stars at night.

Super super quiet neighbourhood perfect for relaxing outdoors with comfortable furniture.

Combine your cooking skills with Pit Boss BBQ features , Air Fryer , crockpot and +++, thus , all the accessories to prepare feasts with ease and style.

Amazing property! House is perfectly decorated for a family visiting the theme parks. The pool was great for cooling off at the end if the day. The location is convenient and in a very nice neighborhood.

My husband and children loved staying at this villa, which was just as described. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean, great neighborhood, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. Close to Disney parks and Disney Springs. Detailed decorated themed rooms made it extra fun. We loved using the small stroller to carry our things at the parks. The game room was an added bonus that we all enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this villa to other family and friends. Thank you Michel for being a great host! 5 stars from us!!

This home was beyond the best. They had everything you could need for Disney. The home was very clean when we got there. The pool was nice and I liked that there was a gate around it. I definitely would stay again in the future. Everything was provided for us in the home. The home was just beautiful!

Best House in Orlando

The attentiveness of the property owners was wonderful. Love the lay out of the house! Location was perfect! They have an abundance of games for everyone to enjoy. The bed slept great! Kitchen has Everything you could have at home plus some!!! Definitely recommend and would book again!!!!!!

The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Game room was a hit with the kids. They even had beach chairs and a wagon for a trip to the beach. Great stay!

The perfect family spot!

The property owners and the beautiful house exceeded expectations: Clean, safe, more than enough towels, relaxing pool/patio, and everything you need for your children including fun suprises for them to discover. Great Orlando Home

We had an excellent stay at this home, which served as a cernter point for us visiting Legoland, Universal, and Disney. The home was exactly as pictured and well maintained. Both owners messaged us before and during our stay to ensure everything was meeting our needs.

Magical Experience!

Where to start with this house. If the pool and location don’t pull you in, the themed bedrooms definitely will! All the little touches this house has to offer are wonderful, especially for those booking with kids! Our 3 and 1 year old couldn’t have been happier with their stay! Best part of our trip!

The pictures do NOT do this house justice. We have stayed in numerous vacation homes and this by far was our favorite. Home was well taken care of and very clean. It felt so cozy, not like a rental house but like a home. So CONVENIENT to shopping and the parks. The owners were so pleasant to do business with and very helpful.

Wonderful Home with Disney Fun

Fabulous place to rent for your summer vacation. Loaded with themes of Disney all over the house including the linen(which was so very soft). Impeccably clean with any amenity you will require. Pool was wonderful. Landlords fabulous people. You will have a wonderful time.

Wonderful house for Disney vacation

We stayed at this home for a week during our Disney vacation. The house had everything we needed and you can tell a lot of thought was put into setting up the home. The pool was a big hit on our off day and early evenings. Our kids loved the bedrooms and were happy to have toys to play with. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners communicated very well when we had questions before and during our stay! Location was perfect for days at Disney and anything else we needed. Walmart was very close and there were a lot of good restaurants nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best VRBO all around, yet!

The villa was absolutely perfect for our Disney week. Close to all the parks, wonderfully decorated and surprisingly stocked with items most VRBOs don't include. Clean, cozy yet plenty of space. So many toys and fun things for the kids. The communication with Michel was perfect. Absolutely wanted for nothing! Perfect.

Great stay in Orlando!

We really loved our stay at this home in Orlando! It met all of our requirements for a vacation home. It was super clean. It really is only 10 min to Disney parks, very convenient. The pool was very clean and the pool heat worked great. The game room was very fun and everything was in working order. Everything in the house was in excellent condition and provided everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. The communication with the owners was great and it was clear that if we had any issues during our stay, they would have managed them quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

This properties location is perfect! It’s minutes from all major Disney Parks. House was clean, well stocked and tucked into a cul de sac which made the street very quiet. Properties had quick responses with any questions. The themed rooms were a huge hit with my kids and the pictures do not do the decorating justice. The pool also had nice privacy in the back even though houses are close together with shrubbery privacy was obtained.

Absolutely Amazing

First, the pictures do not give justice to the beautiful home! When my family and I arrived, the place was clean and very well kept. The owners had a binder with tons of helpful information about the home as well as sites to see and tips on Disney. The pool was so wonderful! My kids never wanted to leave! We all had such a relaxing stay and the owners were so wonderful and kind. They checked in on us to make sure the villa was meeting expectations and to ensure there was nothing we needed. I would 100% recommend this villa and will definitely book again with them in the future!

A magical place , most luxurious , amazingly beautiful I’m in love ..

I stead with my family from August,31,2022 until sept,6,2022 it was the best my kids loved the themed rooms enjoyed the pool villa was amazingly clean and we tried our best to keep it that way we loved that Disney was like 10min away restaurants ,shopping centers ,and Walmart we’re very close to the villa ,we really appreciate how Michele was very responsive when ever we needed him for any issue he was always there I’m very thankful… This will always be my first place to stay at when I visit Florida and will always recommend it to everyone I know . One of the best homes I’ve rented!

This home is amazing. We booked it for our first time in Orlando. The owners were wonderful, kind, and so helpful. The location is perfect. We went all over Orlando and this was a great central location. The house is so nicely decorated. My husband and I felt as if our kids got the same “Disney” feelings they would have at the resort. Outdoor pool deck is lovely and SO nice for kids and adults. Game room was a really nice addition. After busy days they got to swim and we got to relax. I cannot say enough wonderful things. Clean, comfortable and lovely. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much for sharing your home. It provided a resting place for one of our best vacations to date!

Disney Delight

Absolutely wonderful! The pictures do not fully prepare you for the awesome experience this home provides. Everyday we saw something else we hadn't noticed yet. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had plenty of dishes etc. More cleaning supplies, tissue, trash bags etc than any other property I have rented through VRBO. All switches were labeled, which was extremely helpful. Location was perfect. Only a few minutes from Disneyworld, DisneySprings, and common stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was very clean and quiet. All communication with property owners and managers were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for letting us share your home!

Perfect House & Location

Stayed here with my family in first week of January 2023 and from the moment of booking it was a pleasure working with Michele & Marnon. We were there with our young kids on a trip to Disney for the first time and were unsure of what area or location to stay. This home for us was in the perfect location for any of the parks. It was within 15 mins of all the major parks but also far enough away to have the normal restaurants (without the crazy expensive Disney prices) close by so that was a huge plus. The house itself was absolutely perfect for our needs and also very clean, the owners really did think of everything including a lot of details that we never thought of. Pool was also a huge plus for us and the kids loved it after being at the parks all day. Any questions we had Michel was right on top them right away and we had zero issues.. We would have no issues assaying in this home again.
