Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage,besonders gut haben uns die beiden Balkons gefallen (einer davon mit Meerblick durch die Baumreihe)Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet Wanderwege, Seebrücke/Strand in direkter NäheWir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Können wir nur weiterempfehlen

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Ostseeduft und Sonnenbalkon

Ich habe mich in der Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie war sehr gemütlich und lichtdurchflutet, mit zwei Balkonen – je nach Tageszeit konnte ich entweder die Sonne genießen oder den Wald und die Ostsee riechen. Es war einfach herrlich. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet, mir hat nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön: Der nette Nachbar hat jeden Morgen freundlich gegrüßt – das hat dem Aufenthalt etwas Persönliches gegeben. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Klawonn war super – sie hat immer schnell und freundlich auf meine E-Mails geantwortet. Ich war sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war toll, wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung und der Hochwanderweg ist direkt vor der Tür. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gern wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Leider ist der Stellplatz in der Garage sehr klein bzw eng.

Der Stellplatz hat die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestmaß, leider wurden die Autos seit der Fertigstellung des Hauses 2007 immer größer. Man kann jedoch am Waldrand parken, und manchmal besteht Möglichkeit, mit einem anderen Eigentümer einen Stellplatz außerhalb der Tiefgarage zu tauschen. Der Gast hat uns leider nicht deswegen kontaktiert.

A Hidden Gem!

One of the nicest, most comfortable apartments at which we've stayed. This apartment was well stocked with amenities, in all aspects of the apartment - but especially in the kitchen. There are two wonderful balcony choices (follow the sun!), with comfortable chairs. The Klawonns have clearly worked hard to ensure guests feel like they are at home! Large fluffy bath towels. A very handy washing machine (and balcony clothes-hanger) is nice, if you don't want to bring too much clothes. Having the dedicated space within the parking garage beneath the building was nice. The space is very small, even for a smaller European car. You probably won't get your broad fancy Audi wagon into the garage, so be prepared to park down on the nearby quiet street (there are several open spots). The location is quiet, and at the top of the hill. We heard the surf and could barely see the waves, through the dense forest that lines most of the coast. Only a 5-minute walk to the famous Seebrücke and onto the main street. It was Wunderbar!
