Sunshine, fairytale living by the sea - Haus Sterntaler

All apartments in the Sterntaler house are lovingly furnished in a romantic, fairytale atmosphere and at the same time have comfortable furnishings: TV, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN, and modern kitchenettes (with microwave, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) Etc.). The apartment on the 2nd floor offers you a cozy living / dining area (sofa bed), separate bedroom with double bed, shower / toilet.
In addition, you have our large home garden (with barbecue, loungers and beach chairs available). Fairytale by the sea. We wish you a nice holiday!

For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.
The WiFi in WarnemĂŒnde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.
There are no parking spaces belonging to the house in Fritz-Reuter-Straße. Ask us about parking.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of parking spaces in WarnemĂŒnde. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from our office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in WarnemĂŒnde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality. ________ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in WarnemĂŒnde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax will be charged per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Ein wunderbarer Start in das neue Jahr

Der positive Eindruck begann schon vor dem eigentlichen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und wir fĂŒhlten uns jederzeit willkommen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben klein aber mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird, fĂŒr zwei Personen ausreichend wenn man die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist. Und die Lage ist natĂŒrlich super, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden. Gern kommen wir wieder nach WarnemĂŒnde und zu diesen freundlichen Gastgebern.

Mein Aufenthalt im Sonnenschein

Mein Aufenthalt was sehr gut und das Zimmer bzw. die rĂ€ume waren sehr sauber. Das einzige was zu bemĂ€ngeln ist ist leider das Bett, was bei meiner Freundin in den acht tagen wo wir da Waren RĂŒckenschmerzen verursacht hat weil es einfach zu weich ist die Matratzen. Da sollten man nachbessern wie wir finden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hĂŒbsch und gut ausgestattet. Leider war insbesondere morgens die Straße sehr befahren, was man im Sommer bei offenen Fenstern hört. Nachts war es zum GlĂŒck ruhig.

Super Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage!

Wir waren als PĂ€rchen in der Wohnung und es hat genau gepasst, fĂŒr zwei Personen ist sie optimal ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns hauptsĂ€chlich selbst versorgt und das ging auch super mit der passenden KĂŒche dazu. Zum Strand kann man auch mal zu Fuß laufen und die Straße weiter runter ist direkt ein Supermarkt mit BĂ€cker, wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Auch einen kleinen Markt gibt es hier an der Kirche, außerdem gibt es noch zwei weitere BĂ€cker und schöne CafĂ©s :-) Wir waren super zu Frieden und wĂŒrden wieder kommen! Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen, ParkplĂ€tze fĂŒr das Auto werden auch geboten.
