Wave play, modern one-room apartment, quiet location, perfect for. 2 pers. - Atelier on the river

Small, but really nice: friendly studio apartment, lots of light through large, floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable living / sleeping area with large double bed, seating / dining area, cable TV, stereo radio / CD, WiFi. Modern galley kitchen with fridge and 2-ring ceramic hob. Nice bathroom with shower and toilet. You will not miss anything. Orientation towards the street. Ideal for two people. Also bookable as a combination apartment with the Südwind apartment.
For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price.
We have changed our price scale to simplify it.
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality. ________ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Idealer Biker Urlaub

Wir wurden mit unserer nicht gerade leisen 1700 er sehr herzlich empfangen und das Zimmer war genauso wie wir es erwartet haben die kleine Küche hatte alles was man benötigt bis auf Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker wäre schön gewesen, da man dies nur in größeren Mengen kaufen kann. Die Küste rund um Warnemünde ist mit dem Motorrad toll zum erkunden.Auch unser Gourmet Gaumen wurde nicht enttäuscht 😀 vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt wir empfehlen Euch weiter,liebe Grüße aus Berlin

Es war schön.

Der Jahreswechsel in Warnemünde war ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Feuerwerk in den Dünen werden wir nie vergessen.Das Fest am Leuchtturm war emotional ergreifend, dabei aber ohne jede Spur von Kitsch. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, alles bestens, nur einen kleinen Schrank für Lebensmittel haben wir vermisst.

Alles perfekt - sauberes Appartement in toller Lage. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Alten Strom. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Parkhaus ist auch wenige 100m entfernt (Parkraum an den Strassen ist in Warnemünde extrem knapp)

Schönes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Appartement für 2 Personen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Parkplatzsituation war prima gelöst. Wir können und werden das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werfen bestimmt auch noch einmal wiederkommen.
