Ein toller Vermieter antwortet schnell und hat bei Unklarheiten sofort geholfen.Eine super Ferienwohnung, sehr zentral und doch absolut ruhig. Einzig die Parkmöglichkeiten in halb Warnemünde sind recht umständlich. Wenn sich die Stadt für Touristen etwas einfallen lassen könnte, wäre prima. Wir waren schon unzählige Male in Warnemünde, diesmal allerdings mit durchgehend sonnigem Wetter. Rundum gelungen

Die Lage hat überzeugt - Ausstattung für Kleinkind vorhanden

Der Gastgeber war bereits vor Anreise immer sehr gut für uns zu erreichen und hat jede Frage schnellstmöglich beantwortet. Meist habe ich nicht länger als eine Stunde auf die Rückmeldung gewartet. Der Check-In war dank Schlüsselboxen einwandfrei und schnell erledigt. Der Zugang genau beschrieben. Für die Anfahrt hingegen, muss man das ein oder andere Fußgängerzonen sowie Einbahnstraßen Schild übersehen, zumindest erging es uns so. Dafür wohnt man dann in direkter, verkehrsberuhigter Umgebung in zweiter Reihe vom alten Strom. Zum "Fischbrötchenboot" benötigt man keine 30 Sekunden. Der in der Annonce ausgewiesene Parkplatz befindet sich allerdings nicht direkt an der Ferienwohnung. Man läuft, je nach Geschwindigkeit circa 13 Minuten zum Stellplatz. Wir waren nicht auf unser Auto angewiesen, sodass es uns nichts ausmachte. Zum Be- und Entladen kann kurzfristig vor der Tür gehalten werden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und man findet alles, um sich eine Woche selbst zu versorgen. Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter, sodass wir von der Terrasse leider nicht so viel hatten. Diese ist mittlerweile allerdings mit einer Lounge ausgestattet - 10 Grad wärmer und man hätte hier ein paar Bücher lesen können. Es handelt sich allerdings nicht um einen Garten sondern um eine Flachdachterrasse, die mit 4 Parteien anderer Häuser/Wohnungen geteilt wird. Ist vielleicht interessant für alle, die mit Hund anreisen möchten. Dieser könnte zwar nicht entwischen, aber zu den Nachbarn laufen.

Hervorragende lage

Segr freundlich, sehr sauber, Lage top, Ausstattung top - jedoch keine mikrowelle und auf Anfrage würde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Kaffeemaschine nur filter Kaffee ist. Einziger minuspunkt: 2 Doppelbetten in einem Raum, also keine getrennten Schlafzimmer. Trotzdem jederzeit wieder!!!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt im Zentrum und ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

zentrale Lage, Terrasse- leider nur die Morgensonne und kein freier Blick auf den Strom, sehr ruhig, nett eingerichtet, tolle Bettwäsche und Handtücher, würde wieder kommen, Ich hatte nur Probleme mit der App und dem Einloggen , musste immer zur Anfangsapp zurück und war sehr ungeduldig bei den Infos zur Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr geduldig und schnell beim beantworten der Fragen. Dankeschön!

Kurze Urlaub im November 2021.

Sehr gute Lage, nur in paar Schritten erreicht man schon die Promenade. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Perfekt für Familien, nur vielleicht nicht ganz für ältere die älteren Menschen geeignet, wegen steile Treppen. Kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber. Viele Grüße Fam B.
