An updated & remodeled Classic Spanish-inspired Duplex with high-end furnishings located on a corner lot, in the heart of Belmont Shore between the world-famous 2nd street and the beach with wonderful restaurants, shopping, close proximity to the bay, and the many recreational amenities, all just a short walk.

The UPPER UNIT has 2 large BR & 1.75 baths, and a full large kitchen – fully stock with a blender, coffee maker, pots & pans to cook with, dining, and large living room. It also comes with a full washer and dryer.

THE SPACE:
The Upper Unit is made up of high-end furnishing and has its unique charm, and neat architectural characteristics of the era: coved & round ceilings, plaster walls, double doors and windows, plantation shutters, built-ins, nooks, original hardwood flooring, and open floor plans.

The property location is much quieter than anything near 2nd Street or the beach. We are also on the corner, which you do not get neighbors’ noise on both sides. Everything close to 2nd Street or the beach has a lot of traffic noise so this makes our unit very desirable. It has a Central Heat which is uncommon but is needed on chilly evenings. It is equipped with a super-fast fiber-optic WIFI and a Minut Noise Monitor. It has a built-in water filter system to fill up your water bottles with fresh & yummy water.

****NOTE*** Street Sweeping is on Thursday and Fridays (Difference sides) from 9-11am. Check for signs showing which side of the street for Thursday and Friday.

Our unit is not for parties and loud music. If you want to come down to Belmont Shores to party and crank the music, this unit is not for you. Our fantastic place is for large families or a bunch of friends wanting to hang out and have an amazing time in this fantastic neighborhood and duplex.

Our unit has the Minut decimal and motion monitoring system to avoid anyone throwing a party in the unit. If a party with loud music and more than 6 guests are in the unit, the Minut decimal monitoring system will detect it. (No video or Audio, of course, with this system. It monitors decimal noise and motion to detect the number of people in the unit)

Quiet hours in the neighborhood from 10pm to 7am. Our Minut system helps us make sure there is not a party going in the unit. It is an automatic system that will send you a text and/or phone call if you are over a 75 decibel limit of more than 10 minutes between the hours of 10pm to 7am.

We kindly request your attention to a particular aspect of our property. Our space may not be suitable for young children who are prone to running around indoors or in hallways.

While we certainly welcome families, we feel it's essential to highlight that our property may have certain features or limitations that could pose safety concerns for energetic youngsters. We want all our guests to have a safe and pleasant stay, and we believe it's important to be transparent about any potential hazards.
