Très belle villa

Hôte très accueillante et au petit soins. Maison très agréable bien située à 10min de Carcassonne, conforme à l’annonce dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Magnifique région avec des activités multiples et différentes.

Ruhig gelegenes Wohnhaus mit Terrasse und schönem Privatpool

Wir (56, 51 und 13 Jahre) verbrachten 2 schöne Wochen in der Unterkunft. Diese befindet sich rd. 15 km von der Autobahn und knapp 10 km nördlich von Carcassonne in einem Wohngebiet in dem kleinen Örtchen Villegailhenc. Das Ferienhaus ist etwas über 100 qm groß und damit für 3 Personen recht geräumig. Der große Wohnraum mit offener Küche (Kochinsel) verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, was bei Temperaturen von bis zu 38 Grad Mitte Juli ein Segen war. Das Highlight ist die überdachte Terrasse mit einem gemauerten Grill und vor allem der Privatpool (schätzungsweise 25 qm groß). 2 KFZ-Stellplätze vorm Haus. Drinnen sind 1 großes SZ mit Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken und 2 Deckenventilatoren sowie ein weiteres SZ mit Doppelbett. Ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche und zwei getrennten Waschbecken sowie eine kleine Toilette vorhanden. Es gibt noch ein Zimmer mit einer Schlafcouch. Die Vermieterin und ihre Nichte sind sehr nett. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen aber recht gut sortierten Supermarkt, der auch sonntags für ein paar Stunden geöffnet hat. Ansonsten auf halber Strecke nach Carcassonne ein riesiges EKZ (u.a. mit einem Mega-Carrefour, H&M sowie reichlich anderer Shops, Restaurants, Kino, Tankstelle etc.) Die Lage eignet sich für Aktivitäten am/auf dem Canal du Midi und natürlich in Carcassonne (UNESCO Weltkulturerbe!!!). Weitere Ausflugmöglichkeiten sind z.B. Narbonne und diverse Orte am Mittelmeer sowie Toulouse (mit dem Auto jeweils ca. 1 h). Diverse Weingüter, Burgen, Tropfsteinhöhlen.
