Zum wiederholten Mal schönen Urlaub in einem der Muschelhäuser verbracht. Leider überlesen, bzw. nicht bedacht dass kein Backofen vorhanden. Nähe zum Zentrum, Seehundstation und Strand top.

Klein, aber mit gemütlichem Charne

Trotz enger Platzverhältnisse, war die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Alles hat funktioniert und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kleinigkeiten, wie die Duschkabine oder die Heizung im Bad sind jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal getauscht werden. Zusammenfassend waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder

Bei dem Check-In via Internet und Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte sollten Sie bei dem TAN neben einem Mobile-TAN auch eine TAN von einer TAN-Liste berücksichtigen. Da Handy's die Strahlungsgrenze von 10 mW/cm² überschreiten, verwende ich kein Handy.

Sauberkeit/Kindersicherheit

Das Haus war richtig schön,haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt,allerdings hatte es sauberer sein können,im Bad neben der Toilette waren Kotreste an den Fliesen,die Armaturen waren gelblich belegt,auf den Matratzenschonern waren Flecken. Zum anderen wäre es vielleicht mal ein Anreiz an Steckdosen Sicherheit für Kleinkinder zu denken. Auch die Terrasse und deren Möbel hätten sauberer sein können. Ansonsten sind wir nicht abgeneigt nochmal wieder zu kommen.

Für Familien mit Teenager zu klein

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Paare ohne Kinder. Den gemeinsamen Garten für 6 Parteien traut sich keiner wirklich benutzen.,da man andere Urlauber nicht stören möchte. Des weiteren stand im Inserat dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist, jedoch wird in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt, dass dies nicht im Gebäude ist bzw nur durch eine zu Gebühr möglich ist. Ansonsten war es eine saubere Unterkunft.

Schönes Objekt mit schlechtem Internet

Das Objekt ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand, gut zum Strand gelegen und abgesehen von einer fehlenden Mikrowelle mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wenn mal etwas geschieht, dann hilft die Verwaltung schnell und unkompliziert, sodass die Urlaubsfreuden dadurch nicht gestört werden. Das war top! Man sollte sich allerdings erkundigen, ob wie bei uns geschehen, die Gemeinde Norddeich einfach mal den direkten Weg zum Strand durch den Kurpark für eine Woche zumacht, obwohl man noch (zumindest nach der Höhe der zu entrichtenden Kurtaxe) in der Hauptsaison dort ist. Dann werden die Wege nämlich deutlich länger, was für meine 78-jährige Schwiegermutter durchaus ein Problem war. Wenn man das Internet benötigt, ist es auch das falsche Objekt, da der Zugang über eine Anmeldung an einen Hotspot mit Capture-Portal erfolgt, was nur leidlich zuverlässig war, anachronistisch ist und die Verwendung von Devices mit Jugendschutzmechanismen oder eines E-Book-Readers unmöglich macht. Glücklicherweise hatte ich einen mobilen LTE-Hotspot mit. Die LTE-Abdeckung in Norddeich und Norden im Netz der Telekom ist hervorragend und lässt auch am Strand nichts zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt haben wir aber den Aufenthalt genossen und können uns einen weiteren Besuch dort gut vorstellen.

Urlaub Norddeich

Die Wohnung war sauber, bis auf die Terrasse, die leider verschmutzt, von den Vorgängern, war (Zigarettenstummel etc.). Ansonsten für eine Woche vollkommen okay. Leider liegt die Wohnung gegenüber von einem Seniorenheim, was ja nicht schlimm ist, aber ab 05:30 / 06:00 Uhr unterhält sich Personal vor diesem Heim, das man mit offenem Fenster nicht mehr schlafen kann.
