House on 3 sides, including fully equipped American kitchen (oven, multi-function microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee, etc.) living room/living room (60 m2), 2 bedrooms (1x 1.60 cm on the ground floor + 1x 1.40 cm upstairs under slope).
2 terraces (West and East). Bathroom and separate toilet.
Aldi and LIDL 5 minutes away.
Côte Vermeille 30 minutes away.
Perthus and Costa Brava 1 hour away
A peaceful accommodation offering a relaxing stay close to all amenities.
Sheets provided for stays of 3 nights or more: extra: (15€/set) for stays of less than 3 nights.
