Super Service, tolle Wohnung

Dank eines super Services durch Baltic Appartments fing der Urlaub schon stressfrei an. Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen. Tolle Lage, sauber, alles da was man braucht. Für die die nicht gut laufen können, man muss einige Treppen in Kauf nehmen. War sehr zufrieden!

schöne Unterkunft, in der Kleinigkeiten an der Ausstattung fehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Meerblick gibt es auch, jedoch dominiert das 80er-Jahre Hallenbad die Aussicht. Trotzdem man am Rand von Niendorf untergebracht ist, hat man dort relativ viel Auto-Verkehr. Linienbusse, Bringdienste von Eltern, die ihre Kinder zum Schwimmen bringen, Kunden des Fahrradverleih im Untergeschoss. An und Abreisende, die in ein Vermietbüro im Erdgeschoss Schlüssel holen und bringen etc. Wenn man die Wohnung jedoch nur zum Schlafen nutzt und als Ausflugsbasis für Radtouren sieht, ist alles gut. Man merkt, dass es sich lediglich um ein Vermietobjekt handelt. Teilweise fehlen praktische Gegenstände wie z. B. ein Spritzsieb für Pfannen oder auch Tischsets für den Balkontisch zum Frühstücken. Vielleicht sollte der Vermieter mal einige Tage dort als Selbstversorger verbringen, dann würde er oder sie merken, was noch an Kleinigkeiten fehlt. WLAN ist ausreichend schnell, auch für Homeoffice-Tätigkeiten. Ein Kleiner Fahrradraum ist im Haus vorhanden, das ist wichtig für teure E-Bikes. Bei uns waren zum Glück wenige Leute mit Rädern da... Alles in allem hat es uns für vier Nächte dort gefallen, auch wenn es in der Hauptsaison schon einiges kostet.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber! Wir waren positiv überrascht! Leider hatten wir durch ein Wasserleck am Boiler in der Küche in der Ecke daneben Schimmel. Der Schimmel wurde direkt beseitigt und der Boiler einige Tage später ausgetauscht, da waren wir allerdings schon abgereist. Wäre das mit dem Schimmel nicht gewesen, hätten wir sicher einen perfekten Aufenthalt gehabt.
