Home away from home!

Spacious 1200 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath 3rd floor condo at Holiday Hills Resort and Golf Club. Located just three miles from Branson Landing in a gated complex, with a Ring doorbell at the front door facing out which records audio & video upon motion activation for extra security. Balcony overlooks the golf course, and the view is just beautiful! Amenities include outdoor pools, golfing, tennis, catch & release fishing, game room, gym, arcade & more. Unit is on the third level (there is no elevator). Smoking and pets absolutely NOT allowed.
King bed in master suite & Queen bed in second bedroom, cable TV in both bedrooms & living room.

Large jetted tub in master bath.
Grocery store approx. 1/2 mile away as well as Dollar General, Quiznos, and Pizza World. **Please note the indoor pool is not available for Holiday Hills guests or owner use, it is for Holiday Hills Timeshare owners only. We apologize for this inconvenience.

There will be a minimum of $250 charged for extra cleaning if there’s evidence of smoking in the house.
For unauthorized late checkouts there will be an additional charge of $25 per hour.

Friends getaway

We had the perfect experience! It was great for two couples to visit, relax and unwind. The place was the absolute perfect setup. Clean and well furnished. We will definitely stay again!

Just what we needed

This property was clean and much larger than the last condo we stayed in at Branson for the same price! it was truly perfect for our Branson Christmas gift to the kids this year and would absolutely use it again.

Weekend getaway

Not having an elevator to accessthe 3rd floor washard on several of us. I didn't see that listed anywhere till afrer i booked it. Overall it's a nice place. Had a great time.

Quick trip for tournament

After looking into hotels for the weekend, I found this property. We stayed and loved it. Unfortunately, the pool was closed (not the fault of owner) but the view and comfort of this condo is superb! We hope to come back when it is warmer and enjoy all the beauty and amenities this property has! Thank you so much! A+++

Beautiful Condo ♥️

I really enjoyed my stay in this Condo so did my Mom! Elizabeth was so accommodating and a exceptional host making sure we were comfortable and that we had anything we needed! Also the Jacuzzi Tub was a MEGA PLUS! It was like 10 or 15 minutes from Branson not far at all. Only down side was it was on 3rd Floor 🥵 It was hard work carrying things up and down in almost 100 degree heat! So if your in great shape and all about so stairs its a excellent place!

Very nice, clean and quiet condo

The condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen had quite a bit of silverware and cooking utensils. Comfy seating and the main tv is a Samsung which paired nicely to our samsung phones. Great view of the golf course. Bed was comfortable and the entire place was quiet. We know we had neighbors because the cars outside kept moving around. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so be prepared to carry your stuff up the stairs, but the condo is so nice, it's worth the climb.

Condo was very clean

The condo was nice and very clean. The only complaint I have is the pillows on the bed were flat and uncomfortable. I would like to make the owner aware of an issue that might help others in the future. My husband has allergies. The bed and sheets were sprayed or washed in a very loud flower fragrance. We had to pull the sheets back and let them air out for hours before he could lay down on the bed please be aware of people with allergies. He had a hard time before we aired out the sheets.
