Enjoy your vacation in a beautiful golf village with teriffic amenities....indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, hiking trail along Lake Taneycomo, golf, tennis, pickleball, fishing (need license), grilling and so much more!
Nonnie's Nest has a beautiful, new, walk in shower as of Febuary 2025. The living and dining area will have beautiful new furniture mid April 2025.
Late Arrival? No Problem. No stopping elsewhere to pick up keys. You will be given a code in advance, specific to your booking, to enter Nonnie's Nest when you arrive.

Nonnie's Nest is a lovely,walk in condo in the beautiful Golf Community of Pointe Royale. It is conveniently located near Branson's Treasures!
Lake Taneycomo is at the end of the street with a playground, picnic tables and grills. Fishing is allowed!
Pointe Royale has outdoor pools and indoor pools, an 18 hole championshipgolf course and an outdoor hot tub among many other amenities! It's a beautiful, serene community to enjoy your Branson vacation!
With 1464 SF, Nonnie's Nest boasts a split bedroom plan. Enjoy the breakfast nook in the kitchen as well as a separate dining area and breakfast bar. Each bedroom has King size beds. The primary bedroom has a large, private bathrooom with walk in shower. The second bathroom is near the guest bedroom. The living area provides a queen sofa bed.
The living area and master bedroom have smart televisions and the guest room has a television with cable.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the covered patio with a great view of the bluff.
Branson's attractions are a quick trip from this beautiful, gated, golf community. Enjoy Silver Dollar City, Dolly's Stampede, Branson Belle, Sight and Sound Theater, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Butterfly Palace and Tangler's Outlet for some truly great adventures.
The bar & grill at the club house has wonderful entrees at reasonable prices. We highly recommend eating at Pointe Royale's bar & grill!

Blink cameras are on the front porch and back patio to keep an eye on the property between guests. They also allow the owner to make sure guests do not have any issues entering the property.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash & dry pots and pans and return to the cabinets. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Empty the refrigerator.
Start a load of dirty towels, wash cloths, white floor mat and hand towels plus kitchen wash cloths and towels.
Place amenity cards on the entry table with the “Welcome” book. (Amenity cards can be used at the gate, pool area and workout room at the club house.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful cozy place

Took my young granddaughters to Branson on spring break. This condo was relaxing and had everything we needed. The owner was great to communicate. We really enjoyed our stay. So clean and cozy.

We have stayed in several condos over the past 20 years and this one is by far the nicest. It was spotless, beds , pillows and sheets all very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped with anything we might need. Walking in we felt like we were home. Thank you We will be back!!!

We loved Nonnie’s Nest / the condo was great, the location amazing, and the on-site facilities provided great fun for all. Communication with the owners was also top notch! We had no issues during our stay, but can confidently say that if we had, I know they would have promptly been resolved.

Perfect Spot. Spotless Stay!

Nonnie's Nest was a breath of fresh air. Clean, fresh and comfortable. Located in golf community with wonderful amenities including fitness center, pool, hiking trail, and much more. We found the Pointe Clubhouse Grill to be the best breakfast value in town! Close to Branson attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here time and would definitely recommend Nonnie's Nest. Mike and Michelle are great hosts, answering all our questions and keeping us apprised of any changes. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years but this is definitely one of our very favorites! Immaculately clean with comfy beds and furniture. The unit is beautifully decorated, well designed and has lots of extra conveniences to make you feel at home. Great location with easy travel to and from entertainment venues. We are already planning our next trip back to Nonnie's Nest!

Very comfortable and perfect size!

We had a wonderful stay at the Nest. The size of the unit was perfect for our family. My kids loved the extra movies, puzzles, and games! We were pleasantly surprised at the hiking trail just a short walk from our unit. Would definitely stay again!

Great Condo

Very nice condo! It was clean and smelled nice upon entry. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked and so was the laundry area. The beds were comfortable and the showers had wonderful water pressure. The sliding shower doors in the en-suite did not want to stay fully closed (I think due to the rubber pieces added on the edge of the door to keep them from breaking) but it didn’t let a lot of water out. I just made sure to have the step out towel in front of the door. The condo owners were very easy to reach and extremely friendly. They checked on us after they learned lightning had struck a tree near our area. You are very close to the water and the pool. We love staying at Pointe Royale and this is definitely a condo we will add to our list of greats. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

We love to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked to allow this. Even had a high chair and sippy cups for our one year old. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was cozy. Pool was close and nice and clean. Highly recommend!
