Large T2 with through light and 2 terraces, one north and one south with a view of the port of Crouesty, it is ideally located in a quiet residence with swimming pool (open in season), between the port and the ocean beaches (200 m). Starting point for many walks as well, everything can be done on foot. It has a secure parking space.
The apartment includes an entrance with cupboards, two bedrooms with 140x190 cm beds with cupboards and one opening onto the terrace on the port side, a bathroom with jetted bath, a kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, virtoceramic hob, and a large bright living room with sofa beds.
