Modica, famous for the quality of the chocolate produced here, which you must try, is one of the Sicilian Baroque cities, part of the UNESCO World Heritage, with the attractive centers of Scicli (10 km), Noto (40 km) and Ragusa (20 km). From the kitchen and the living room of this vacation home you have access to a beautiful, large terrace: here you can comfortably taste the culinary delights and fine wines that this land has to offer. The beautiful pool offers optimal conditions for cooling off on the hottest days of Sicily, alternatively relax in the wellness area, open all year round, with a large whirlpool, sauna with Scottish shower and relaxation area with sun loungers. In addition, a few kilometers away (both about 20 km away) await you the beautiful sandy beaches of Marina di Modica, Maganuco, Sampieri, Donnalucata and Playa Grande.
