Great apartment on first floor, which is one floor up from ground level, but they have an elevator. Also offer a washer/dryer combo which is a blessing when on extended travel. Not that close to Acropolis but walkable. Ubers are plentiful. I would stay there again!

Another satisfied customer. Friendly host Constantine went over everything upon arrival, very smooth experience. Amazingly quiet, but close to the sites. (but still bring your sound machines and earplugs.) everything you will need (groceries, etc.) minutes away.

Constantine’s place was the perfect location to visit Athens. It wasn’t too far from the metro and we walked many times to and from the Plaka neighborhood and the Acropolis. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for my husband and I and another couple. It had everything we needed and was close to stores and restaurants and all we wanted to see in Athens. Highly recommend!!

I did not realize this was in an area where we could not take a car. I had a bit of a time finding it because Google Maps took me to a street corner that seemed to be all clothing stores and restaurants and the entry door location was not as pictured. The location was great but it is right next to a cafe and the noise while not too bad continued until midnight.

Modern well equipped and quiet

Walking distance to shops and restaurants. A good hike to the Plaka and Acropolis, but we did it each day. Great to stay out of the touristy area and have a more real Athens experience

Perfect apartment

The apt was very well equipped. The hosts truly thought of everything. Beds were comfortable, constant hot water, washer if you need to wash clothes. Easy walk or public transportation to where you want to explore.

Lovely apartment

Enjoyed our stay. Apt had everything we needed and was close to shops. Would recommend. Communication was good and we were met much later than expected due to delayed flight and Nina explained everything very well. We have stayed on many pats over the years in many countries and this ranks right up there with the best. best in terms of what was provided.

Great location and nice apartment

Constantine communicated with me from the time of the booking until our stay helping us with transport and other aspects of our time in Athens. Working with the property manager was seamless. She met us at the property and went over every detail we needed about the unit, the neighborhood, restaurants, etc….

The apartment was very clean, up-to-date and comfortable! Everything in the advertisement was accurate. Having a well-equipped kitchen, two full modern bathrooms plus laundry & detergent available in the unit was much appreciated! Located just a block from the main shopping strip there’s plenty of shops and restaurants and just a 30-40 minute walk to the ancient city centre and Acropolis. The host was most thorough with communications as were the assistants. Without doubt, we highly recommend this apartment!
