The Manor at Casa del Lago is an expansive and refined 6,500-square-foot gathering retreat for up to eight guests, set on 7.5 acres along Lake Michigan. Just steps from the home, 300 feet of pristine white-sand shoreline create an exceptional setting for swimming, relaxing, and memorable beach days. Beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys are available for guests.

The primary sleeping arrangement includes three queen bedrooms overlooking the lake or great lawn and a junior bedroom with two twin beds. The reading room, recreation and movie room, and office are flexible multipurpose spaces with convertible beds; total occupancy remains limited to eight guests. This thoughtful layout provides both welcoming places to gather and quieter rooms for reading, working, or unwinding.

Inside, the Manor combines gracious scale with refined comfort. Multiple living areas, lake views, a recreation and movie room, and quiet workspaces allow everyone to settle in comfortably. The full kitchen features premium Café appliances and everything needed for relaxed meals at home.

Beyond the shoreline, five acres of cedar woodland trails invite peaceful walks in every season. Established gardens, terraces, a fire pit, and generous outdoor seating offer inviting places to gather, dine, or simply enjoy the lake air. During spring, summer, and fall, guests can prepare meals on the outdoor grill and dine amid the beauty of the grounds.

Reliable 350 Mbps Wi-Fi reaches throughout the Manor and across the grounds, supporting streaming, remote work, and easy connectivity throughout the estate.

The Manor is approximately 15 minutes south of historic Kohler and convenient to championship golf, acclaimed dining, Kohler-Andrae State Park, Harrington Beach State Park, and attractions throughout Sheboygan County. Milwaukee is within easy driving distance, yet the estate feels peaceful and secluded.

Why they chose this property

When we began looking for a lake house, I was skeptical. With two young children and a busy home in Chicago, another property initially felt more like a responsibility than an escape. We searched throughout Indiana and Michigan but never found a place that felt right. Then, while visiting friends in Kohler, we took a short detour to explore homes along Lake Michigan. The moment we arrived, everything changed. We fell in love with the privacy, untouched beach, cedar forest, and profound sense of peace. The estate felt secluded yet welcoming—a world of its own where our family could slow down, reconnect, and create memories for generations. As I told my husband while we walked the grounds, there was no reason to look anywhere else. The Manor at Casa del Lago has been a blessing to our family, and we are grateful to share it with our guests.
