"Haus Rätikon" is located in an incomparable location in Bartholomäberg. In 10 to 15 minutes by car, the most famous Montafon skiing and hiking areas, golf courses, spas, fun parks, shops, museums, bars, restaurants and much more. reachable. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the house (200m).
The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and offers a fantastic panoramic view over the largest and most beautiful part of the Rätikon and Silvretta Mountains.
The bright and spacious apartment with about 70m2 is fully equipped, has a comfortable interior and is therefore a cozy home for discerning guests.
The spacious living room with two comfortable sitting / dining areas invites you to relax with plenty of seating. A flat-screen TV with DVD player as well as a small collection of books and games ensure cozy and convivial evenings.

What a pity!!

My family and I have been to Bartholomaberg from june 24th to 28th 2016. The house was clean, fully equipped and very well organized...but unfortunately the pool, first reason why I chose this apartment, was empty...

Dear guests, we are very sorry that you are sad about our empty pool. Please note that the opening times of our swimming pool are clearly described in the advertisement and in our house rules. The opening times of the swimming pool are from August (upon request mid of July) to mid of October (summer season) and from Christmas holidays to Easter holidays (winter season).

Ruim en fijn appartement met groot balkon

We hadden een prachtige midweek op de Bartholomäberg. Het appartement was compleet ingericht en de bedden lagen prima. Op loopafstand een klein winkeltje voor vers brood en dagelijkse boodschappen. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor skiën in de omgeving. Groot compliment ook voor de huismeester die heel behulpzaam was toen we de code van het sleutelkastje nog niet hadden ontvangen bij aankomst.

Preis Leistung ok

Die Wohnung ist soweit ok. Preis- Leistung stimmt soweit. Die Küche ist etwas zu klein geraten, die dortige Sitzecke konnten wir nicht nutzen weil kein Durchgang mehr möglich war oder man den 2. Kühlschrank nicht mehr öffnen konnte. Dafür ist das Wohnzimmer riesig und dort gibt es auch einen Esstisch, sodass wir nicht in der Küche sondern im WZ gegessen haben. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles da, leider aber kein WLAN, das geht eigentlich heute nicht mehr und sollte u. E. nachgerüstete werden. Schade auch, dass wir das Schwimmbad nicht nutzen konnten, dies ist nur den Besitzern erlaubt. Die Lage ist gut, man hat einen fantastischen Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Dafür muss man zu den Skiliften immer mit dem Auto fahren.

Sommerferien im Haus Rätikon 2020

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern und dem Hauswart ist äusserst angenehm. Die Umgebung bietet enorm viel Möglichkeiten für Familien - vor allem mit dem Montafon-Freizeitpass. Einziges Manko der Location: Sie ist etwas abgelegen und ein Auto daher sehr nützlich (es gibt allerdings in nächster Nähe auch eine Busstation). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und diese schöne Ferienwohnung mit ihrer gemütlichen Einrichtung und dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge genossen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Täglich haben wir den Luxus eines Swimmingpools genießen können. Einziges Manko für uns ist das fehlende WLAN. Toll ist der beheizte Skikeller und der überdachte Stellplatz für das Auto.

Viele Möglichkeiten mit Kindern

Der Aufenthalt in Bartholomäberg bleibt in bester Erinnerung. Die Umgebung gibt viel her für Wandern, Baden und Unternehmungen mit Kindern. Die Wohnung und die Aussicht sind sehr schön - lediglich etwas abgelegen, d. h. Auto oder Fahrrad sind von Vorteil.

Wonderful Mountain escape

The apartment was spacious, has very comfortable furnishings and magnificent Mountain views. Everything was clean and all the amenities needed were provided. The location is perfect to enjoy the Mountains for winter or summer activities. Restaurants and shopping are an 8 minute drive away. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung und empfehlen sie sehr gerne auch nochmals. Sehr schöne, komfortable und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Hervorragend ausgestattete Küche. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Ablauf, wurde von Herrn Ganahl sehr schnell und effizient behoben. Ruhig gelegen mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung in Bartholomäberg

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Söhnen und haben eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, das Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Sessel und Schaukelstuhl ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben die Januarwoche mit sehr viel Schneefall erwischt, da war nicht alles ganz einfach. Uns haben die vielen fleißigen Helfer und Straßenräumer im Montafon sehr beeindruckt. Mit dem Skibus, der nur wenige Meter vor dem Haus hält, sind wir sicher ins tolle Skigebiet Silvretta Montafon oder auch ins schöne Schruns gekommen, da unsere Schneeketten kaputt gegangen sind und wir das Auto ein paar Tage haben stehen lassen. Einkaufen kann man oben im Lädili, da gibt es Brötchen, Obst und eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen der selbst gemachte Cola-Sirup :-) Gut gegessen haben wir oben im Bergerhof. Der pure Luxus ist das tolle Schwimmbad, unsere Söhne waren begeistert.

Wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung, wunderbare Wandergegend....

Wir haben diese schöne Ferienwohnung als Familie mit zwei Teenagern 14 Tage lang genutzt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung war umfangreich wie beschrieben, das haben wir bisher selten gehabt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Hauswart, der nebenan wohnt, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am allermeisten haben wir die traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach klasse. Schade war nur, dass das Schwimmbad zu unserer Reisezeit nicht in Betrieb war. Aber das wussten wir schon aus der Beschreibung zur Ferienwohnung. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und die freundlichen Vermitter eindeutig weiter. So wünschen wir uns Urlaub...
