You'll love watching a good movie or show on the large flatscreen TV while enjoying a nice afternoon snack prepared in the full kitchen - you'll find you have all the small and major appliances and counter space you need to prepare fantastic meals for everyone to enjoy. Take the elevator to spend the day at the beach then come home to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower before taking advantage of the high-speed WiFi to post your best selfies to your social media accounts. The private washer/dryer will make it easy to keep your clothes clean during your vacation. Get in a good workout at the fitness room then follow it with a refreshing swim in the shared pool. There's nothing like a delicious glass of wine out on the private balcony.

Beautiful view but this unit needs work!

This unit needs work. When we first arrived, we were shocked to find the unit completely unlocked. Thankfully everything was okay, but you just never know. As we were getting settled in, one gentle pull and the oven handle came off. We called Vacasa and someone came out and stated that he would have to order a part which of course would not be there to do any good for our stay. The dishwasher door would not open all the way, so I was afraid to even use it at all. There was blood on the shower curtain, the bathtub drained too slowly and the cabinet door under the bathroom sink was broken. We would love to stay in the area again, as we loved that we could walk to some restaurants and were away from the crowds, but I will not book this room and will be reluctant to book any other unit in this condo in the future.

Needs work. Has potential.

Lots of problems with unit. We love Perdido but not this unit. We had problems with locks, tv, Wi-Fi, shower, kitchen, bed, bathroom fan, floor cleaning. We go to this area several times a year - this was worst condo experience that we’ve ever had. The unit has potential- beautiful view, pool and beach access. Building has some rust that needs addressing also but overall the unit itself needs some attention. I can give more details if needed. Personally I think some type of compensation should be offered.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The accommodations were exactly as described. I had a fantastic time. It was wonderful to have restaurants and shops across the street.
