Stayed less than 5 minutes from the sea. You will benefit from complete independence, your private parking space as well as your private entrance. You will find in the rental
- a living room with open kitchen, including refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, blender, raclette set, hotplate with everything you need (pots, pans, dishes, trays, etc... ,) a dining area with high table and 4 seats, lounge area with 2 folding armchairs that can be used as an extra bed (on request), fan in summer, a television, wifi via your mobile phone, a smoke detector .
- A bedroom, double bed and dressing room. You can enter independently, a code box is available.
Everything you need is there for a pleasant stay.
- Also benefit from a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue in summer on request.
From May the super U and other shops are open near the beach
In summer, all shops and restaurants on the beach side are 30 minutes' walk away.

A guide is at your disposal on site.

- A shuttle 500 meters from the rental drops you off near the shops and 300 meters from the beach.
- Bus station, departing from Nantes to Saint Jean de Monts and then a shuttle drops you off 500 meters from the rental.

In St Jean de Monts many activities are at your disposal
Beach, Golf, Thalassotherapy, Shopping, Forest walks, water sports, multiple hiking and cycling trails, nightlife and... relaxation. Enjoy 18 km of fine sand beach.
