Entire house in the historic district of Mortagne sur Sèvre. 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, 10 minutes from Cholet, 5o minutes from the Vendée beaches. 100 metres from the Sèvre Nantaise for walks, cycling, canoeing. (nautical base nearby) Magnificent view of the castle. Very quiet area. Children's equipment. Enclosed garden with barbecue.shops 10 minutes walk. 1 living room with fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher. Microwave. Oven. Coffee maker. Coffee machine. Toaster.induction hob. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm and 2 beds (trundle) of 90 cm. Possibility for the 4th person to sleep downstairs on sofa bed. Dressing room with iron and ironing board. Baby chair and travel cot. Bathroom with toilet and shower in bathtub. Garden with dining table, deckchair and barbecue. Access to the house is by stairs as well as access to the bedroom. Very quiet and peaceful place in an exceptional green setting.
