It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As well as 5 minutes from local beaches with surf breaks and downtown theaters. We are in a safe family neighborhood, 3 blocks from a large park and hiking trails. If you enjoy the outdoors, this is an amazing place to visit! 30 day minimum stay required.
