Get ready to enjoy the best of Hilton Head at this 2 bedroom, 2 .5 bathroom townhome!

The open floor plan of the first level makes it easy for guests to spend time together while allowing for space to spread out. The living area features comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. The dining area features seating for 6. The private patios can be accessed through sliding doors in the dining or living area. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances.

The second floor features 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a large vanity area and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Guests will have plenty to experience with free tennis and a complex pool. The shops, restaurants and water sport options are just a short walk away at the Harbour Town Marina, and beach is a quick 10 minute bike ride away!

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only. A non-refundable fee of $250.00 plus tax is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 1 dog, 30 pounds max.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautifully decorated and layout was nicely done. We have stayed in similar units and they were not redone like this unit. Only thing missing was a full length mirror for my wife.

Fantastic vacation house!

Our family had a fantastic vacation and this house made it that much better! It is beautifully decorated and has nicely updated renovations. The fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and the eating and living areas made for a very inviting and comfortable stay! We would absolutely recommend and we hope to stay here again!

Perfect Location

The location of this villa was perfect for golfing and enjoying Harbour Town. The villa was well appointed, clean, and looked to be newly renovated top to bottom. We will absolutely stay here again!

Spring Break at Heritage Villas 2292

Great week staying at the villa and doing all the things nearby! Tennis was just out the back door, Harbour Town was steps away, and biking to the beach so easy. The villa was clean and comfortable for our family. Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Unit

Beautiful unit. Showers are luxuriously tiled now, not as shown. Spotlessly clean. Location is convenient and quiet. For chilly March nights, could use some blankets on the beds, not just coverlets. Downstairs curtains are a little too sheer for nighttime. Tennis courts right behind the unit.
