This cozy 2 bed 1 bath ranch home. Has all the amenities and comforts of home and located near Ferdinand State Forest. Large master bedroom with queen sized mattress. Guest bedroom with two full sized beds. Both bedrooms are across from the tiled bathroom. Laundry room at the end of the hall way between bathroom and master bedroom. Hardwood floors in main living area and bedrooms. A nice size tiled kitchen with open dining and living space and wood burning fireplace. TV is in the living room area with WIFI availability. The house sleeps five guest across two bedrooms and additional sleeping options in the living areas (sectional couch with pull out full sized bed)

Perfection

Four of us were down to fish a tournament on Patoka Lake. Shannon was great on the lead up communication and Collin got us and our boats situated. Could not have asked for a better location and hosts (including the guard dog)! Will definitely be staying there again next year.

Quiet, cozy & beautiful

My only surprise was how close the rental was to the main house but dont let that deter you. You will have your privacy and solitude. Owners are very respectful. Their dog Koda was the welcoming committee, she was a delight..and the only one that we met. This was a cozy set up, veey clean, nice front porch area to sit by firepit with some wine. Great place for star gazing. Beautiful property!!

Quick trip with great memories

Only good things to say about both the property and the hosts. Beautiful property that feels like a huge park. The lodging was clean and the kitchen was equipped really well if you want to cook. Very friendly interactions with the host- a husky named Koda, and his owners! We made a day trip to holiday world with the kids, but could just as easily have stayed and done some hiking in the state forest. Hope to be back soon!
