Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer kleinen Appartementanlage, die vorwiegend von Ă€lteren gut situierten Personen bewohnt wird. Entsprechend ruhig ist das Haus. Der Strand ist ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt und kann zu Fuß gut erreicht werden. Die Ausstattung ist vom Mobiliar her alt und aus unterschiedlichsten Teilen zusammengestellt. Schön ist das nicht, aber alles ist funktionell.An der KĂŒchenausstattung gibt es nichts zu meckern.Einziges erhebliches Manko ist, dass die Dusche manchmal schwach

Mooi tweelaags appartement, relatief dicht bij zee, fijn balkon. Minpunten zijn de gehorigheid (onderburen klagen over geschuif met stoelen), hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud (tafelpoten los, piepend dakraam) en beperkte hoeveelheid glazen. Verder voldoende schoon, voldoende WiFi dekking en erg ruim, prima voor een weekje aan zee.

Groot huis voor gezin.

We hebben genoten van de omgeving. Helaas was het warme water onder de douche zeer beperkt. Ketel viel regelmatig uit. Ketel 7 jaar geleden voor het laatst beurt gehad. Er kwamen maar een paar druppels water uit de douchekop. Toilet begane grond liep niet door, met de grote boodschap was dit lastig.

Geen leuke medebewoners

Wij kwamen aan en werden meteen aangesproken door een bewoner die eiste dat we rustig waren met drie kinderen,niet met de stoelen schuiven,geen lawaai,niet springen,de deuren niet teveel open en toe, ... kortom, zo wil je een vakantie niet starten. Zo houden ze mensen wel weg natuurlijk. Op zich was het appartement wel ok. Voldoende voorziening! Geurhinder bij het nemen van een bad. Bestek was vies bij aankomst.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Entfernung zu dem wirklich sehr schönen Strand ist top. Leider war ich sehr unzufrieden und enttĂ€uscht vom Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Unseren Ankunftstag habe ich mit aufrĂ€umen/reinigen verbracht. Überall waren noch schwarze Haare vom Vormieter zusehen. Das Bad oben war leider noch voll damit und sogar in der KĂŒche auf dem Herd und Arbeitsplatte. In einem der Zimmern ist das Metallbett kaputt.VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR! Der eine Toilettendeckel lag einfach lose drauf

Un appartement spacieux pour un séjour à la CÎte

Appartement moderne offrant de grands espaces (surtout au niveau des chambres et du salon) avec une chouette terrasse en partie couverte qui donne sur le salon via une grande baie vitrée. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants et étions plus qu'à notre aise. Le gros défaut est qu'avec du carrelage partout et une décoration minimaliste aux murs, ça résonne vraiment trÚs fort. Au final, c'était un choix "par défaut" car nous nous sommes décidés fort tard mais en avons été tout à fait satisfaits.

Fonctionnel simple

L’appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel, ample, simple. Il Ă©tait propre et rangĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Le mobilier Ă©tait en bonne Ă©tat et assez ressent. Il Ă©tait compatible avec la description de l’annonce, donc il n’y a eu aucune dĂ©ception. Parking facile et rue calme. 10 min Ă  pied de la plage. Super! La seule chose qui aurait donnĂ© un plus et facilitĂ© notre sĂ©jour c’est qu’on puisse avoir du papier toilette et papier cuisine disponible et un ou deux essuies vaisselle.

Es war OK

Die Sauberkeit des Objekts bei Bezug war nicht sehr gut, wurde aber auch direkt der Agentur gemeldet. Was ein bisschen schade war, die KĂŒche ist sehr spĂ€rlich eingerichtet, also es war kein Kochlöffel da und auch kein Pfannenwender. Allem in allem waren wir aber eig ganz zufrieden.

Ideal fĂŒr ruhigen Familien Urlaub

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern in der Ferienwohnung und wollten nur Strand erleben. DafĂŒr war das echt perfekt. In der Umgebung gibt es nur nicht so viel fĂŒr Abend. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wenn man den ganzen Tag am Strand ist hat man abends keine Lust mehr. Echt schön gewesen.
