Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift, this modern, tastefully decorated 55m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for two. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a double bed. Both beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS) is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

The apartment is located in a quiet, familiar residence. Noise pollution, parties and irresponsible behavior are strictly forbidden, especially after 10 pm. Please respect common areas (hall, stairs, elevators) and elevators. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a reduction of the security deposit.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Parcel deliveries must be made to a pick-up point, as no mailbox is available.

Keys must never be left in the mailbox, as this makes the property vulnerable to theft. Failure to respect this rule may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
