Palm Canyon Villas features 4 pools, 4 spas, 4 tennis courts and is located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, a golf course, Target, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and convenient for hiking/biking trails and downtown Palm Springs.
Note: due to demand, this is now a 29-day (minimum) rental and we offer a 30% discount for stays of 29 days or more.
High Season: October 1 – April 30 ($120/night plus a 30% discount), approximately $2,500/month.
Low Season: May 1 – September 30 ($96/night plus a 30% discount), approximately $2,000/month.
