In a quiet location, on the south of the Heiddeelweg Brockeswaldes in a bathing resort StickenbĂŒttel our house.

The good 60 sqm apartment consists of 1 living room with kitchenette, 1 separate kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 2 bedrooms, shower / toilet and 1 additional toilet with wash basin (large sink).

The southwest-facing terrace with adjoining large lawn invites you to relax. Children have around the house a lot of space. Your car can be parked on the property, bicycles can be parked in a shed.

The Duhner and the Sahlenburger beach can be reached by car in about 5 minutes by bike in 10 minutes.

Shopping with a supermarket and bakery located nearby.

Here you have your peace and're right in the middle ...

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Standort mit hochwertigen Ausstattung. Trotz kleinen Mangel wie z. B. sehr kleine Duschkabine und nicht markierte ParkplĂ€tze ist das Haus fĂŒr Erhohlungsurlauber, die ruhig haben will, sehr gut geeignet. Das W LAN muss man zwei An-, und Ausschalten damit es funktioniert, aber das ist auch kein Problem.

Vorab, das Wetter war ĂŒberwiegend schlecht. Deshalb waren wir die meiste Zeit in der Wohnung. Dort fehlte es an nichts. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Das ist fĂŒr uns Grund genug auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederzukommen.Deshalb waren wir die meiste Zeit in der Wohnung.

Sehr ruhige und gemĂŒtliche Wohnung, zentral zu allen KĂŒstenorten gelegen. Die Ausstattung war komplett, es fehlte nichts .Pferde und KĂŒhe sind gleich nebenan. Zu Beginn gab es ein Insektenproblem, welches der sehr nette Vermieter noch am gleichen Tag behoben hat. Auf der sonnigen Terrasse konnte man den Tag ausklingen lassen. Fahrradunterstand fĂŒr vier FahrrĂ€der ist vorhanden. Es ist ein schöner Urlaub gewesen. Vielen Dank

Ferienhaus Idylle

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr idyllisch in ruhiger Gegend und doch stadtnah. In wenigen Minuten sind Duhnen und Cuxhaven mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Haus war super schön, perfekt sauber und total gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Man hat sich sehr zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Wir waren mit den FahrrĂ€dern dort und konnten die RĂ€der sicher im Schuppen abstellen und außerdem alles in rund 10 Minuten oder weniger mit dem Fahrrad erreichen - egal ob Strand, Hafen oder Innenstadt. Die Lage war perfekt. Außerdem ist die KĂŒche super ausgestattet, wir haben echt gestaunt. Das war eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, in denen wir je waren! Vielen Dank!

GemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Das Mietobjekt habe ich zur Weihnachtszeit als zusĂ€tzlichen Schlafplatz fĂŒr Familienmitglieder gemietet, die zu einer großen Familienfeier eingeladen waren. Eine gepflegte, zweigeschossige Wohnung, die gut zu erreichen ist und dennoch eine schöne Lage aufweist. Gleich zwei KĂŒchen mit ĂŒppiger Ausstattung, allerdings ohne Backofen. Freundliche Nachbarn. Die Zimmer oben sind bedingt durch die DachschrĂ€ge und niedrige Zimmerhöhe eher fĂŒr Kinder und/oder kleingewachsene Menschen geeignet. Sehr schön und praktisch war auch die kontaktlose Übergabe des WohnungsschlĂŒssels per SchlĂŒsseltresor und der Parkplatz in direkter NĂ€he zur Wohnung. Zum Garten kann ich infolge des bescheidenen nasskalten Wetters keine Aussage machen, aber der Garten hat auf jeden Fall einen schlichten, jedoch gepflegten Eindruck gemacht.
