A special holiday experience on Duhnen Beach—for the best time of the year!<br>Just 400 metres from the entrance to Duhnen Beach and not far from the town centre lies our lovingly furnished holiday home at Am Ringwall 31 in Cuxhaven-Duhnen, which, following a comprehensive renovation in 2016, now meets new-construction standards. In a quiet location, directly across from the island of Neuwerk and next to a large nature reserve, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday by the North Sea here. The street name “Am Ringwall” dates back to a historic assembly site located within the nature reserve, which can still be visited today. Ringstraße is particularly quiet and safe, so children can even play in the street.<br>The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the town centre with its shopping options is about a 10-minute walk away. From March through October, a mobile bakery is just a two-minute walk away. On the beach promenade, you’ll also find the AHOI! Thalasso Centre water park, which invites you to linger year-round with its seawater wave pool, thermal area, and numerous saunas.<br>A carport is available in front of the house, and you can conveniently charge your electric vehicle using the on-site wall box (11 kWh). On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright, open living-dining area with a cosy seating area, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a collection of games. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and oven. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, and heated towel rack.<br>The spacious terrace with its own beach chair and the secluded garden are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Children will find a sailboat to play with in the fenced-in front yard. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with hardwood floors and solid beech beds: a double bed (180x200 cm) in the larger room and two single beds (90x190 cm each) in the smaller room. Ample closet space is available.<br>The holiday home accommodates up to four people (a rollaway bed for children is available upon request). This is a non-smoking home; pets are not allowed. Rentals are handled by the Heberling rental agency at the entrance to Cuxhaven-Duhnen.
