Modern & cozy 2-room apartment near the beach

This bright and cozy apartment is located in the small and quiet community of Zempin, just a few minutes' walk from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. It offers a quiet location and great opportunities for hiking or cycling, making it the ideal starting point to explore the island of Usedom.

The apartment is on the top floor of "Villa Waldblick", a house with two two-room apartments. There is a cozy living area with a corner couch and a large flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette.

The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower and enough storage space for your things.

All rooms can be heated with underfloor heating, making the apartment a cozy retreat on cold days in winter. The windows are equipped with both blackout blinds and insect screen blinds.

Furthermore, the guests of the apartment on the upper floor have a small south-facing balcony with a comfortable seating area and parasol.

The terrace with grill and garden furniture is available to guests of both apartments. A free parking space is available.

In the vicinity there are several good restaurants, a bakery and shops as well as the possibility to rent a bike. Zempin Train Station is a short, 10-minute walk away.

Niedliche, kleine und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen absolut richtig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können die Villa Waldblick nur empfehlen.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. So wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.

Eine schöne moderne Ferienwohnung. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ideale Lage für einen Strandurlaub ohne Platzangst und Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Vom Wetter in den ersten 3 Tagen abgesehen ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Manfred und Imke

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr freundliche und engagierte Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und neuwertig. Ausführliches Info-Material vorhanden. Für Fragen hatten die Vermieter immer ein offenes Ohr. Es war sehr ruhig. Auf dem Balkon hatten wir von morgens bis abends Sonne. Für uns eine sehr gute Ferienwohnung, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!
