This freshly renovated cozy 1BR with full bath apartment is only 8 minutes away from downtown San Antonio. Experience the city’s rich history & larger than life attractions like the Brackenridge Park which is very near the property. Enjoy the famous Riverwalk, Museums and a lot more. If you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk, Pearl. It is within less than less than 5 miles, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston, the Pearl and Alamo.

You won't see me nor my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message and I’ll be quick to respond.

Clean, quiet homebase

Had a pleasant, peaceful stay. The property manager was gracious, helpful, and communicative. The place was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed during the week and the home and the neighborhood were very quiet. The location is minutes from lots of cool restaurants and things to do/see, so it was a great spot to homebase from.

Great Place for a Short Stay

The property is a great location if you are seeking a place close to downtown and museums. There's plenty of eating places close enough to walk to. I think that another person said it right when he said that the neighborhood is a little gritty but felt safe there. I would concur with that review. Please also know that this a house divided so you will have someone on the other side of the wall from you. We had someone who played loud music one night. Thankfully, they left the next day and the property manager was quick to respond to our concern.

Exceptional property. Quiet, clean, with a comfy bed! Well appointed. We were able to enjoy a nice hot bath, morning coffee and watch a little tv while being close to our family in area. Such a great neighborhood and so walkable. The only thing we lacked were bath towels. There were only three for two persons for 4 nights, but we managed. Maybe ask ahead.

Easy and good locale fir fsh visit

Space was great for Two sleeping in same bed. Suggest different mattress on Futon and set of sheets for it. Great stay, like iff street parking.

Comfortable SA Stay

Great property if you’re looking to be near some of the museums, botanical gardens, colleges and Alamo Heights. Quiet street, comfortable bed, meets basic kitchen needs and a decent shower. The bathroom is compact but perfect for a quick trip. The neighborhood is still gentrifying but felt safe overall! I didn’t love having to send my information separately to provide a security deposit, seems like something that could be done through VRBO. Overall, great property.

Received very clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out process. Super cute place. Felt safe. Property seems to be well taken care of. Great place to stay if visiting your student. Will try to stay here again on a future visit.
