About this property

Amazing apartment with beautiful terrace

We bring to your attention a beautiful modern apartment in the residential complex 36th Pearl on Genuezskaya Street in Arcadia. The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom, large balcony, dressing room and bathroom. The renovation was completed in March 2021 - everything is new. Comfortably accommodate 4 people 2 + 2. The ideal location of the house is about 500 meters to the central alley of Arcadia, and there is a water park, beaches, clubs, a large shopping center across the road, le Silpo, under the house there are many restaurants, cafes and shops, a five-minute walk from the Gagarin Plaza cinema and the shopping and entertainment center of the same name. A transport stop is also right under the house. Two Smart-TVs, air conditioner and other necessary equipment.
