About this property

Clean, comfortable home in Stone Oak. HEB, Whole Foods, Target, Tuesday Morning, Baptist Hospital, Stone Oak Hospital, Public Golf Course and Six Flags Fiesta Texas, nearby. and great restaurants. Home is cozy and modern. All linens are replaced every 3 months. Basketball hoop on driveway and table games in the home.

ALL Guests must be listed and all guests must stay at the property 30 Days or more, Per HOA. Please do NOT RESERVE if all people in the reservation will not be staying at the property 30+ days. Transient people are not allowed per HOA.

Entire Home (linens, extra blankets, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer), patio, laundry room (iron, ironing board), garage. Board games, books, nice yard. All is available for normal use during a guest stay. Two Story home. All bedrooms upstairs. Must climb stairs. Floors made of laminate, must not be wet. Streaming Smart TV - enter your own subscription password on your desired app.

Host provides “Welcome” Coffee, paper towels, napkins, bathroom tissue paper, trash bags. Guest: Please provide these items as your needs arise.

Nice accomodations

The home is clean and well stocked. Ana was always available for questions and was very helpful. We stayed during winter, so it tended to be more warm upstairs than downstairs.
