Within a secure residence with a swimming pool, this new, air-conditioned apartment for 4 people offers peace and quiet, comfort and sea views.
Hyères is a real playground for lovers of water sports and nature: diving, kitesurfing, wing foiling, windsurfing, paddleboarding, boat trips or jet skiing, hiking along the coastal path, cycling, rollerblading... Every day is an invitation to get away from it all.

Welcome to PALM
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.) opening onto a bright living room with a sofa bed and television area, leading onto a furnished terrace with a superb sea view.
The air-conditioned double bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed and a balcony with sea views. The apartment also includes a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
A garage is available within the residence for your convenience.
