Semaine trÚs agréable à Saint Georges de Didone

La maison est trÚs bien placée à 300m de la plage. Elle est trÚs bien organisée, la cuisine bien équipée et spacieuse, la chambre parentale bénéficie d'un grand dressing trÚs pratique. Tous les ingrédients pour passer un bon séjour en toute sécurité avec 2 enfants en bas ùge. Le seul point qui m'a fait mettre un 4 étoiles au thÚme emplacement c'est la proximité en sortie du garage de la piste cyclable mais ceci est mineur.

Une des locations les plus complÚtes qu'il nous ait été donné de voir : refaite à neuf avec goût, trÚs bien équipée, trÚs agréable et trÚs bien isolée (thermiquement et phoniquement). L'accueil trÚs chaleureux par le service de conciergerie, la propreté de la maison, la proximité des 2 plages (350 m de Royan, 700 m de St Georges), etc... tout a été parfait et nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec un enfant de 9 ans et un bébé d'1 an. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés (aucune surprise à redouter, tout est conforme à l'annonce) et gardons précieusement l'adresse. Merci beaucoup Mme Lavaud !

Parfait de A Ă  Z (et mĂȘme plus !!!)

Je pars de longue date via Abritel et c’est la 1Ăšre fois que je laisse un avis. Cette fois, je ne peux pas ne pas le faire tant le sĂ©jour fut parfait en ce qui concerne toutes les attentes que l’on peut avoir en matiĂšre de location de vacances. L’emplacement est idĂ©al (quelques centaines de mĂštres de la mer d’un cĂŽtĂ© et du centre-ville de l’autre : tout se fait Ă  pied ou en vĂ©lo), l’environnement direct de la maison est des plus calmes, le quartier est soignĂ©, parfaitement entretenu. La maison est totalement conforme Ă  la description, elle est mĂȘme plus grande que ce qu’elle ne le semble sur les photos. Les Ă©quipements, la terrasse, la maison en elle-mĂȘme, tout est Ă  l’état neuf ou totalement impeccable. La propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable, les Ă©quipements sont de qualitĂ©, de la literie Ă  l’électromĂ©nager. La maison est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. La dĂ©coration est fine et de bon gout, on se sent bien dĂšs le seuil franchi. Les clims sont Ă©galement de trĂšs bonne facture, silencieuses et efficaces, ce qui n’est pas anecdotique. Enfin, que dire de l’hĂŽte
. Mme LAVAUD, qui est juste d’une sympathie, d’une amabilitĂ© et d’une prĂ©venance exceptionnelles. Pour finir (difficile d’ĂȘtre exhaustif quand tout est parfait), le service de conciergerie est sans faille en termes de professionnalisme, de qualitĂ© relationnelle, de disponibilitĂ© et de rĂ©activitĂ©. Nous recommandons donc vivement cet hĂ©bergement exceptionnel, et ce tant sur le plan de la localisation que sur les plans matĂ©riel et humain.
