Super clean, impeccably maintained, elegant, spacious, peaceful, cozy house in a bamboo forest. Located in far West Asheville (near Enka/Candler).

All on one floor: 3BD, 2BA, garden tub, fire pit, vibrant permaculture gardens, fully private deck, hot tub, EV charger, and more. Easy off street parking for 3 vehicles including a carport. 650 sq ft basement (20' x 32').

Open floor plan connecting kitchen, dining room, and living room; bedrooms are off the main area. 270 sq ft primary bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom with queen bed. Third bedroom with full bed and adjoining private bathroom. Large full bathroom with garden tub. Meditation room. Fully private deck with outdoor furniture. Washer and dryer on site.

Set back from the road with a country feel, yet central to highways 240, 40, and 26 (13 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Biltmore, 10 minutes to W. Asheville, 15 minutes to Blue Ridge Pkwy). Sand Hill district of West Asheville. Very close to Bent Creek Experimental Forest, NC Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway, and near Sierra Nevada, New Belgium, and many other local breweries.

Gardeners' delight: raised beds available. Part shade, part sun yard with fire circle. Yard is NOT fenced but there are woods and bamboo forest behind the house and Buncombe County Sports Park across the street.

Pets unlikely, but depends on situation.

Equipped with everything needed to move in: fully stocked kitchen; linens for all beds; towels; TVs in three rooms; ample closets and shelving.

Rent: $2,800/month for 3+ month stays. $2,950/month for 1 or 2 month stays. Ideal renters are traveling professionals. Up to 3 adults. Application as well as credit check and background check required.

Utilities included: electric, heat, trash/water/sewer, yard maintenance, heat, internet.

Basic Wi Fi is available for everyday personal use (email, light streaming). Tenants who work from home, game, or need heavy/consistent bandwidth should plan to set up and pay for their own internet service.

Extra charges for hot tub maintenance and EV charger use.
