I'm a semi-retired systems analyst. I travel often and want to provide the best accommodations I've experienced to traveling professionals. I've owned and cared for this property since it was newly constructed.

This property is ideal for busy professionals and students. A quiet place to work or study with open walkways, restricted access, and well maintained. Eight surveillance cameras cover garage, stairwells, front and back entrances. All units have balconies and modern A/C equipment, as well as modern appliances. Each Unit is carefully appointed for sleeping and living comfort. The building is on a quiet residential street but walking distance to commerce, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. A car is not a necessity at this location.

We provide all kitchen amenities from complete sets of dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, linen, and basic supply needs like shampoo and toilet paper and towels for the first month. Our minimum stay is 30 nights and Maximum stay is 9 months. We provide a BBQ area and some limited common areas with a deck for outside lounging. All locks are keyless entry. We provide a smoke-free, with restrictions for your comfort - no parties are permitted for your quiet comfort and no pets for those guests with allergies.
