Rates vary depending on the season: Off-season basis between 1,400 euros and 1,925 euros per week and High season between 2,100 euros and 3,150 euros per week. The tourist tax is applicable throughout the year since January 1, 2024. It is based on the real regime of 2.31 euros per night and per adult. The amount of the security deposit is 2000 euros. We ask for a certificate of civil third-party insurance for each reservation.
