Features 2 master bedrooms w/en suites, two queen bedrooms, 2 full bedrooms, marble bathrooms throughout, new kitchens, a hot tub, a patio & three lakeside decks. Gorgeous lake views & lake access right across the road w/private dock for swimming, boat slip, & use of paddle boards included in your stay.

The property has two buildings (main house and cottage) with shared outdoor patio space and dock space.



MAIN HOUSE:

-TWO Master bedrooms with king memory foam mattresses, his and her closet spaces and full en suites.

-TWO full bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and closet storage.

-Open concept floor plan with living room, dining area and kitchen overlooking the lake

-Walk out to large deck overlooking the lake with seating for up to 12, umbrellas and a BBQ for grilling.

-Bonus room on lower level with futon.



COTTAGE:

- TWO queen bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and garment racks

-Marble bathroom

-Open concept floor plan with living room, dining area and kitchen

-Deck overlooking the patio and the lake.



Additional features:

**DIRECT LAKE ACCESS via the home`s dock just feet from the home (just across the road).

**LAKE DECK on the edge of the lake with Adirondack chairs.

**LAKEVIEW PATIO SPACE with comfortable adirondack chairs for sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails, fire pit and hot tub.



The entire property would be for the exclusive use of your party.

Perfect Group Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Will and Katie's home. The listing was exactly as described - beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and such an adorable cottage. The amenities (hot tub, paddle boards, big TV/game room) are a great added bonus. We also really appreciated the hosts' quick responses and accessibility if we needed anything. Great stay overall!

If we knew the road was a major thoroughfare we certainly would not have rented this house. We looked to the backyard as a better place to hang but it was not well groomed. However the house accommodated all of us quite comfortably

Wonderful experience

I rented this property to host my parents and their friends for my moms 70th birthday. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for 5 couples. Bedrooms were great and the masters were stunning. Mattresses and sheets on the bed were so comfortable and the entire home is newly renovated and decorated beautifully. We stayed for New Years weekend and I can only imagine it would be perfect for a summer trip being right across street from the lake. Downtown was a short 10 minute drive away. The cottage with two bedrooms was a perfect quiet space to get away from the main house. I liked the downstairs entrance as being an organized place you could drop your things after getting in from the lake and the game room was a fun hangout area. We absolutely loved spending the weekend at this property!

Wonderful lakeside Saratoga rental

This property was absolutely gorgeous and newly remodeled. Owners were more than accommodating. In town for a family wedding . My wife and I stayed in the small cabin with my mother in law. Her 3 siblings and spouses in the main house and we all had plenty of room and very confortable beds. The fall colors around the lake were spectacular. Gas fireplace provided wonderful ambiance. Cold front came through so did not get a chance to enjoy hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Property has to be phenomenal for a summer rental with the lake right there but we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Great way to enjoy the beginning of falll at peak leaf season. Will be back.

We bought this property in 2021 and thoroughly love everything about it. We were lucky to have found one of the few homes on the lake with direct lake access while still being less than 10 minutes to everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. We spent Spring of 2021 renovating the property from the inside, out, and now open the home for families like yours to enjoy as well. Throughout this guide you will find recommendations to our favorite places and things to do nearby.

We are always available via Airbnb messages or text so do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions or any concerns. We're only too happy to assist in any way we can.

Enjoy everything that Saratoga Lake has to offer- the million dollar VIEWS, the EXPERIENCE by getting out on the lake, the RELAXATION as you soak in the hot tub, have your morning coffee or a drink while taking in the sun rise/sun set, AND enjoy being just MINUTES to historic downtown Saratoga Springs where there are always things to do- Pandemic or not. :)

This property is perfect for a large family, a couple families or a group of friends to get together for a vacation. Enjoy separate buildings to break away for privacy but also use the multiple shared spaces to enjoy and make lifelong memories on the lake. The property boasts lake views in both buildings, private decks for each, shared patio, HOT TUB with lake views, a lake deck and dock that you can swim, paddle board, fish, and dock a boat on. Just MINUTES to Saratoga Race Track and Downtown Saratoga.
