Charming 1888 side hall colonial home newly renovated with modern amenities. 3 bedrooms, sleeper sectional and 2 full baths sleep 8. Modern furnishings and trendy decor create a hotel-like stay with all of the privacy of a single family home. Enjoy open concept living and entertaining on the large main floor. Enjoy the modern kitchen with large center island and coffee bar with Kuerig select coffee maker complete with selection of assorted Starbucks Kcups. The kitchen opens to a large dining room/den combination with sunny picture window complete with classic books and games, perfect for large gatherings (large dining table seats 8). Pass through to a spacious living room with memory foam queen sleeper sectional and brand new 55” smart TV with Netflix, Amazon and Roku. Private fenced backyard with picnic table/ umbrella and adirondack chairs conversation set completes this oasis convenient to all! 7 min walk to downtown, movie theater, restaurants, Caroline Street bars, cafes, shopping, 1.5 miles to Saratoga race track (7 min Uber).

Great Track weekend

This is a great property nice decor, short walk to downtown, a short ride to track. Kitchen is well equipped and beds were comfortable. Only drawback was two rooms without A/C - hot in summer.

Great property and location

Great place near where I wanted to be. Had a brief issue with lock code being wrong. No a/c in two of 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans only and outside temp was over 90 degrees. A/C in master only and downstairs. Nice to be able to pair Spotify to Roku TV.

Downtown Saratoga Springs

Two of the three beds were comfortable. All had nice linens and pillows. House is on a street in a neighborhood that is turning over. As previous renter mentioned, nicer inside than out. Bathrooms are basic. Kitchen is functional. AC unit downstairs is vey effective as is the one unit in the front bedroom upstairs. Other two bedrooms could use a window AC unit. Owner very communicative with a couple of minor issues during our stay. House across the street is under construction which starts at 715am sharp. Houses are very close together and very close to the street in this part of town. Quick walk to Broadway. Need to Uber to the track.

Nice location in walking distance to shops and restaurants on Broadway. Decorated nicely and felt safe in the location. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning in the master bedroom was comfortable but none in the other bedrooms made it warm at night.

My mother, daughter and I really enjoyed out/r stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and roomy enough for us have family over for a fun night of game playing. Would definitely stay again!

A nice space, kitchen and bathroom well-stocked with essentials. Thanksgiving for 8 overnight guests and 3 locals for T-dinner worked well. Reasonably priced in quiet neighborhood easy walk to Broadway. Better inside then out, houses on either side so a tad dark, though well lit indoors. Only real challenge for us was we never did resolve down wifi/internet nor was host. Could happen at my own home but proved a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, a positive experience

Wedding weekend

Great property! Love Saratoga for the races, bachelorette party’s, weddings, etc. and this is the perfect place to stay. Very accommodating house and beats hotel any day. To be 100% transparent, the bathrooms could use some love but not a deal breaker by any means. We had a toddler with us and the built in gate at the top of the stairs was a nice bonus!

Great Location

My friends and I stayed at Katie’s downtown Saratoga property for a bachelorette party. The space was perfect for the 6 of us. The house is a short 10 minute walk to Downtown and if you want to get your steps in, you can walk to and from the track. Katie is very responsive and was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had.

Perfect spot for girls getaway!

This home was perfect for our group of friends. Loved the dining area where we could hang, play games etc. Backyard was super cute as well. The location of the home is perfect as it is within walking distance to downtown. We loved it!

Cute home, great location

We loved being within walking distance of downtown Saratoga Springs, and the host made checking in and out extremely easy and convenient. The downstairs of the home was very spacious and comfortably air-conditioned, which was important given that we were there during a heatwave.
