Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith, it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. WIFI is included now!!!! NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT OR DAMAGE TO GUEST PERSONAL PROPERTY OR VEHICLES THAT TAKES PLACE DURING STAY. NO PARTIES. 5 PERSON LIMIT UNLESS DISCUSSED AND AGREED ON. We had a lovely stay at Dillon's house. It exactly what we needed for our family. Nicely decorated and comfortable, the home made our trip a good experience. The pool was clean and the yard was well maintained. The game room was a favorite spot in the evening.

Home for the holidays

A real gem

A wonderful property, well appointed throughout, comfortable and spacious. The star of the show is the incredible pool, where we spent most of our stay, but everything else is perfectly homely too. 15 minutes drive from the airport, and with groceries and restaurants close by, the location only adds to the appeal.
