It was very accommodated just wish they would’ve let me know about the parking in message. I would’ve seen it before I got there then what they posted on the door I have to pay two tickets, which is fine but notify me ahead of time would’ve been nicer. Hopefully in the future, I could rent it again. Very cozy and was a home for my family for a few days that I was there thank you guys. We really appreciate it.

Overall this spot worked out for our one night stop over close to Niagara Falls. Only downside is its in a not so great neighborhood. Overall nice place with all the right amenities.

Antique furniture and decorations, large mirrors on the floor leaning against the wall. A museum like experience.Nice piano was badly in need of tuning which our son tuned and than played beautifully! The family enjoyed our time together! The ring-binder with places to see etc. was helpful, but could use updating. Formal dining table seats 8. With another dining area with 4 round tables. Also outside patio tables and chairs.

I know it’s a rental house, so I’ll rate it as such. The location was good because we could walk to the waterfall. At first glance, the interior looked okay. The bed linens were clean, and so were the towels. But the bathrooms were very old—probably from the 1970s—with holes in the walls and sloppy paintwork. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Unfortunately, the front porch looked like it could collapse at any moment. The surrounding area was very unattractive and rundown. Most of the houses nearby were old, abandoned, and in need of major renovation.

This property was nice inside the neighborhood is rough and up and coming but not dangerous it’s walking distance to the casino. and stores for every need is close by myself and my family we enjoyed each other and it was enough room for everybody to sleep comfortably with seven bedrooms I feel this property needs better dining area furniture and bed frames also TVs in the bedrooms but overall very nice

The home was as described. The place was clean and met our needs during our visit to Niagara Falls. The United States side of Niagara Falls is very rundown. Many homes are boarded up.

Excellent Stay!

This was honestly an amazing experience to have in Niagara Falls! If you are 21+, the casino is literally right down the road from the house. Such a beautiful home and comfortable beds, accommodations were outstanding. The only downside has nothing to do with the house itself but the neighborhood is a bit of a strange place, but the house itself is like a diamond in the rough. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend who wants to maybe spend a weekend and see the Falls or anything of that sort. Amazing stay once again and I am so glad I came and stayed with my friends this weekend.

Nice house. Convenient location. We walked to a lot of the attractions and dinner. Hopefully the neighborhood continues to improve. Not many dishes or glasses. I emailed the host about it but she didn’t respond. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the falls. Nice house to stay in, very comfortable and clean. Really nice family mini vacation

We were surprised by the neighborhood. Cleanliness was fine. There was wear and tear on the furnishings, but 7 adults and one child did well in the roomy house. Close to all the Niagara things to do. House needs more light and ventilation. Water pressure in the showers was Terrible, with a capital T! Overall, very pleased with our trip and the convenience of the house. Would stay again!

Very Close to Niagara Falls and the Seneca Casino

The location of this property was great, very close to Niagara Falls and the Seneca Casino. However, the neighborhood was very rough and run down. The home was very spacious but was not clean. Did not have a garbage disposal, bath tub, or hooks & shelves in the bathroom for towels and toiletries. Which made it very inconvenient, especially with children. Our overall rating was 4 stars due to these matters. Thank you!

Sketchy neighborhood, damaged house

Most of the surrounding houses were condemned/boarded up. Damage from previous guests not fixed or even known to owners. Lack of pot holders, hand towels, places to hang towels, dollar store toilet paper. Lots of small things missing that would make the stay comfortable. Needs to be redone with an eye to comfort and convenience.

Good location

The property definitely has some wear and tear now compared to the pictures. Overall, it worked for us and was very close to all the activities we planned. The whole area of Niagara Falls is unfortunately quite run down. We never felt unsafe but the surrounding neighborhood is older and many homes are abandoned. Communication with the host was excellent, the air conditioning wasn’t working the first day but they quickly resolved that. Plenty of space for a large family. Property needs kitchen towels, and hot pads for oven. We had to use bath towels for the kitchen and removing tray from the oven. The price and location were good for us. Hopefully, more revitalization will continue in this area as it really is a great location.

Super clean rental.

The property was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Neighborhood is rough but house was great and nicely decorated. The house has tons of closet space but no rods/hooks to hang any clothing up in the bedroom closets or jackets in the main floor closet. We came in town for a funeral so that was a little inconvenient to try and figure out how to hang up our dress clothes. There is only one tv on the main level and the remote had no batteries so I ran out and purchased some and left them for the next renter. Listing needs to be updated as it lists 4 queens, there are only 3 and the other is a twin.

Close to everything!

This house was clean, newly renovated and literally 5 minutes to the falls! At first the neighborhood was a little scary but we soon found out it was safe just in a part of town that is being revitalized. The only complaints: no laundry room which is a must with wet clothes and little kids. There was only 1 tv in the whole house in the living room. The box springs and beds were on the floor and not on a frame which may be hard for some people to get out of in the mornings. The only way to contact the owners was through email if there was an emergency or an issue with the property this could be a problem, this was my biggest complaint. Overall we would definitely stay in this house again!
