About this property

3 bedroom 1.5 bath Neighborhood home near Ft. Sill good location for graduation

All about Timothy’s place
Welcome to a neighborhood home close to Ft Sill. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath is our home away from home when we are visiting Lawton and the army base.
Our home features newly carpeted bedrooms and fresh paint throughout. Our personal favorite area is the shaded front yard, canopied by pecan trees. Tv's in bedrooms and living area, as well as wi-fi. The back yard is fenced for a dog, but be mindful of our hot days and no shade. Small peek of the mountains and beautiful sunset scenes.
The space:
Eat in kitchen, bedrooms have closets, picknick table out front.
Oklahoma is very hot and the back of home gets extreme sun all afternoon. The A/C is set at 75 degrees and locked off. This is due to people turning it down to 65 degrees and freezing the system. We have fans available to help your comfort if needed take a shower and relax I am in the home often when visitors are not in it.
Please be cautious of our well stocked mancave , full of tools, paint, and other stored items.
This home has an owners love, we enjoy it and try to minimize clutter.
Other things to note:
Bugs and extreme heat in Oklahoma Drink plenty of water. Acts of God, things breaking are not our problem. This is a home not a resort.
We only supply starter set of toilet paper, soaps coffee etc walmart is up the street.
Local host and family to assist you just up the street.

The Host was great made sure we had all we needed. The location was perfect for graduation at Fort Sill. Close to many stores and restaurants. Worked perfect for the 2 days we needed it.

Location is great for fort sill graduation!

Thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay! The location was great for our son’s graduation and very close to stores and restaurants that help with convenience! The house is stocked well and meet all our needs!

The house itself was cute, clean, and fulfilled the need. They had everything needed, we just provided the food. It was near the Army post, and we had access to just about everything. The only complaints I have are that the neighborhood isnt something I would walk around in, and i would've wanted the structure to be more sturdy. My daughter fell against an internal wall, in the front bed room, and it moved. Over all, it was a nice stay, for my sons BCT graduation
