Fluglärm

Leider wird in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt, das bei gutem Wetter mehrfach pro Tag Flugzeuge ziemlich tief und damit laut über die Wohnung fliegen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Flugschneise für Starts und Landungen. Das Küchen- und Essbesteck sowie das Geschirr sollte dringend auf Vollständigkeit und Zustand überprüft wetden. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen auch nicht dem Istzustand. Aich ein Geländer im Treppenhaus wäre sehr hilfreich.

Prima locatie, nette woning

Prima locatie, nette woning. Keukenspullen wel minimaal, broodplank, flessen/ blikopener miste, bestek wel aan vervanging toe en hapjespan erbij ook prettig, met grote keuken verwacht je iets betere uitrusting. Bij regen lekkage in grote kast in slaapkamer, denk dat er wat gerepareerd moet worden. Kleding was nat. Iets grotere bank zou prettig zijn, als de indeling omgedraaid wordt, zou dat kunnen. Verder prettig verblijf gehad, fijn dakterras met ligstoelen.

Jolie vue

Appartement très sympa , la vue est magnifique et l’emplacement à 2 km à pied de la mer . Le lit était confortable. Dommage par contre pour les ustensiles de cuisine très pauvres , pas d’égouttoirs, de tire bouchon, de plus les cuillères et autres ustensiles étaient sales. Enfin tv en espagnol uniquement. Mais le plus désagréable est la douche qui n’a aucune pression , vraiment compliqué de se laver correctement après la plage. Sinon plutôt bien

Muy agradable

El apartamento tenia unas vistas preciosas. La campana extractora no funcionaba y la wifi tampoco. El resto estuvo perfecto. Las personas de la agencia in situ me atendieron muy bien, dejando incluso que entrase un par de horas antes de lo previsto. Gracias.

Thanks to your comments, the extractor hood was able to be repaired and is now in working order. The WIFI has also been reset and is now fully operational.

Die Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig, es fehlte ein Wasserkocher oder auch ein Toaster! Generell ist die Küche ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, die Spülmaschiene haben wir nicht zum laufen bekommen! Der Kühlschrank hat sehr gut gekühlt, die äußere Optik muss man übersehen! Generell war alles sauber und hat einen guten Duft. Aus unserer Sicht ist die Wohnung für 2 Personen geeignet, das "Gästezimmer" mit Hochbett hat anscheinend ein Feuchteproblem!?

Bel appartement

Nous avons séjourné dans ce très bel appartement et nous sommes ravis. L'appartement est fonctionnel et très bien situé. Tout est faisable à pied (plage, activités, commerces, restaurants,...). Il y a une clim en bas ce qui est pratique pour les chaudes journées. En revanche il faut faire abstraction des mouettes et des moustiques mais sur la Marina, on s'y attendais un peu donc prévoyez un anti moustiques et tout ira bien.

AOUT 2017

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement a un bon rapport qualité prix. La vue sur le canal est très sympathique. La seule ombre au tableau serait la chaleur qui régnait dans les chambres les soirs.
