INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Wonderful family getaway

The property is beautiful, property manager was responsive and accommodating to confirm he cleanliness of our room. The property is close to the Pier which is great for teenagers. They are able to walk or rent golf cart for activities. The Emerald restaurant on location had delicious food. Definitely would stay here again

Fabulous

First time in PCB. The condo was perfect! Great location! Very clean, the beds were comfortable, everything was great! Even though it was across the street, there was still a beautiful view of the beach. The only disappointment was there were no sheets or blanket for the couch bed. Would definitely stay there again!

Family Friendly Condo

Our family had an excellent stay at this condo. Minutes walking distance to Pier Park or the beach, it is conveniently located to fun, family friendly activities. The condo offers excellent amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, on-site diner/ice cream/donuts, rental chairs along the beach, jet skis, etc.). The sunset views from the balcony are stunning! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. Each room offers a large smart TV with access to Disney+, Netflix, etc.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your experience, Kristi. We looked through our notes and see that you reported that other vacationers were smoking at the pool. While we aren't involved in enforcing the HOA policies, we notified them at that time. It also looks like you were attempting to use the pools at the other towers and, unfortunately, towers 1 and 2 have a different HOA than tower 3, and guests from either side do not have access to the separately-managed amenities. We hope you enjoyed the unit itself, however, and we're here if you have any questions or additional feedback.

1402 calypso july

We enjoyed our stay. Lovley condo. Floors were not very clean upon arrival and there was not a fitted sheet on master bed when we pulled down the covers. Our smoke alarm went off everyday for no reason. Waking us early 2 of our 4 mornings on vacation. Mgmt is aware and is aware one of the smoke alarms was disconnected. We did not cook, leave doors open or run dryer etc. everything else was good
