In the heart of the port district in Nice & a stone's throw from its pretty Place du Pin, discover our fully air-conditioned pied-à-terre with contemporary decoration.
You will benefit from a location close to the best restaurants in Nice and its food shops. The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator of a building, street side with double glazing.
The accommodation is composed of:
- A pleasant living room with open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine & induction hob . The living area has a sofa, pull-out tables & Smart TV with free wifi connection.
- A separate bedroom with a standard size double bed (140x190).
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit & WC.
Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
