Casa Charmosa is a 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom flat in Carvoeiro village, minutes from many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. The apt is situated in the quiet part of the village yet only a 5-minute walk to the town square and beach (Praia do Carvoeiro).

The corner flat is located in a building with a lift and has a private parking spot in garage. It is a great home for an all year round stay. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating units and a Salamander pellet burner that warms up the whole flat. The kitchen, living and dining rooms is an open space plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and tea kettle. The flat has strong Wi-Fi connection. The living/lounge area has a sofa bed and a 55-inch Smart TV with cable service that includes 150 channels in various language to choose from. The primary bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) with a 40-inch Smart TV with streaming service only and an En-suite with a walk-in shower that was renovated in January 2024. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) and a 40-inch Smart TV with streaming service only. Across the hall is a second bathroom that was renovated in January 2024.

The flat has two lovely terraces. The larger terrace can be accessed from both bedrooms and overlooks the village. This terrace has an outdoor seating and dining area to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea in the morning or ideal for al fresco meals and watching the world go by. The second terrace can be accessed from the living and kitchen area.

Casa Charmosa is located in the most amazing village on the Algarve. Carvoeiro is perfect for families and couples. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes all along Rua do Barranco and it takes 6 minutes to walk to the beach from the apartment. Casa Charmosa has an open floor plan with a lounge, kitchen and dining area. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lovely terraces that you can sit out in and people watch. The apartment is on one floor and has a lift and garage parking. These makes it easy for those with mobility issues to move about the apartment without having to worry about walking up stairs or steps. Although the apartment is located in town, it’s at the end of the village where it tends to be less busy compared to the town square.
