Ground floor flat with garden - 3*** furnished holiday home- all comforts - wifi
Our cosy flat is located on the ground floor of a detached house built in the 70s. It comprises a living room with a flat-screen TV, an express sofa and a dining area.
A fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer.
A shower room with washing machine and separate toilet.
The bedroom has a 180 cm bed and a dressing area.
In the private outdoor area, you'll find garden furniture, a barbecue and two chiliennes (photos in progress).
Nearby, you have access to all amenities (food, bakery, chemist, tobacconist, bus stop).
On arrival, you will be provided with bed linen, household linen, shower towels, the first coffee capsule and a surprise welcome gift. The flat is non-smoking, but there is an ashtray outside.
The market in Saintes runs from Tuesday to Sunday at different locations.
Tuesday and Friday: Cours Reversaux de Saintes
Thursday and Sunday: Saintes station area
Wednesday and Saturday: at the foot of Saintes Cathedral.
The town centre is a 5-minute drive away.
Gallo-Roman amphitheatre is 4 minutes away by car
Saint Pierre cathedral is 5 minutes away by car
Saintes train station is 8 minutes away by car

Séjour à Saintes
Nous avons pu faire le tour de cette jolie ville historique grâce à Adeline qui nous a proposé un pied à terre tel qu’on les aime : simple , fonctionnel et très accueillant.

Très agréable
Avec mon conjoint et nos 2 enfants, nous avons passé un week-end chez Adeline!
L appartement se situe au RDC de chez elle mais avec notre intimité préservée!
A 4, nous avions assez d espace! Nous avons egalement apprécié de pouvoir profiter d un espace extérieur pour déjeuner.
Le plus de ce logement est surtout l'accueil fait par Adeline! Merci beaucoup pour votre simplicité et votre gentillesse.

Gite saintes
superbe petit gite décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de recherche, grande chambre très lumineuse avec grand lit super confortable et déco au top ,nous avons tout à disposition tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails et cerise sur le gâteau les hôtes sont adorables. nous y retournerons avec plaisir une semaine en juillet.
