Welcome to your holiday home
they opened the gate, you park your car under the shady canopy of carports and enjoy the comfort of your own home.
On the ground floor there are the 3 bedrooms, they all feature a separate output and a small terrace. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with bathtub. The other bathroom has a shower. 3wc
A large staircase leads up into the living area with comfortable sofa, TV (SAT) and fireplace, and the kitchen with all mod cons and a dining area with large table.
From the living room you step on the terrace from which you overlook the garden and the sun loungers area with Jacuzzi.
The garden is well maintained and offers space for social gathering. After a day of sightseeing or the beach, relax in the hot tub and enjoy the tranquility.
Towels and linens are provided. Electricity, gas and water are included.

Quiet villa in excellent location

Villa had everything needed + multiple outdoor spots for sun/shade as required. Very private - not overlooked at all Excellent location 10min from shore and shops. Owner very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Location

Stayed with my girlfriend, my two sons (one with his girlfriend) The location was perfect 10 mins to the beach, shops, pubs & restaurant Despite no air con, the way the villa is set up the breeze keeps it cool especially as bedrooms are downstairs Very clean has all mod cons. Would recommend

Pretty Villa

Spotlessly clean inside upon arrival. However, the garden is very pretty but the external garden furniture needs updating. All in all a pleasant stay.

Peaceful!

The property is in a great location and is well appointed. Thierry was a very welcoming host and very responsive - we had a couple of small issues during our stay but Thierry sought to remedy them quickly and efficiently. Lovely balcony with a great outlook and the garden is beautiful. A nice peaceful spot too, despite being within only a very short walk of the beach and bars/restaurants. The only thing that would have improved our stay is air con which the property doesn’t have - not so much or an issue if you stay in winter, but in the summer it makes all the difference. That notwithstanding we really enjoyed our stay.

Le soleil et la plage

Nous avons rencontré en Thierry un hôte accueillant, chaleureux, simple et très agréable. Il a été à l'écoute de nos besoins et n'a pas hésité à se déplacer même le dimanche. La maison est parfaite pour nos besoins, confortable, spacieuse et située à 10 minutes à pied de la plage 😎⛱️😍. Les commerces, les bars et les restaurants sont également à 10 minutes à pied. Le cadre permet à la fois de se reposer et de profiter des plaisirs du soleil et d'un bel environnement. Superbes vacances. Merci Thierry et à bientôt

Très agreable

Thierry nous a très bien accueilli dans sa maison. La maison est très agréable très bien située, les commerces et la mer sont à proximité. Le village de praia da luz est charmant, je recommande vivement cette location.

Great villa, beautiful location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Slightly disappointed with the hot tub as this was one main factor of hiring this villa, it took 3 days to heat as it had not been turned on correctly. The only other downside was that we were not provided with the full address for arrival, we would have preferred that to be more efficient. Overall a great villa in a fantastic area and central to everything.

Large house in quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to lovely Luz beach.

Lovely large house, lots of outdoor space. Walking distance to beach and town but very quiet neighbourhood. Garden was charming. Host was great. Only negative is that the sofa needs replacing as it is very worn. Overall, a great stay thank you.

Lovely stay in Luz

We really enjoyed this villa which was a short 10 minute walk to the beach & lovely small town of Praia de Luz. The bedrooms were spacious , with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. The back garden included a hot tub and a shed with beach umbrellas for us to use. This villa was a perfect home base for us to explore the surrounding area. We would be happy to come back .

Excellent house, excellent location

The property is right on the edge of the village - 10 minutes walk to the sea. It's spacious, well-equipped and has plenty of features. It was also plenty big enough for our family of 5.

The house was fantastic! In a great location. 7 minutes or so to Praia da Luz beach.

Thierry was great and so was his property. The house was fantastic. Spacious and very clean! Loved having breakfast on the veranda. It is a short 5-7 minute walk to praia da Luz. 5 minutes to supermarket. Also quite a few restaurants within walking distance. It’s in a quite neighborhood. Absolutely would stay there again!

Great Villa

Great stay, upper floor has a huge tasteful lounge/diner with a large well equipped kitchen and an outside terrace overlooking the garden. Downstairs we used the ensuite bedoom facing the garden which was very quiet. Drive and shady carport for the car. Short walk into Praia de Luz

Very helpful Beautiful stay

We loved staying here ! If we weren’t out exploring we spent the majority of the time relaxing on the balcony or in the hot tub of the place ! So relaxing and beautiful! This was my first time using Vrbo and Theirry was very kind and helpful with any confusion or questions I had ! Absolutely would recommend!

Exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful vacation here! The house is larger than we had expected and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Thierry was flexible and helpful. He hooked up the hot tub for us and it was great! (the tub is a basic one but it was every bit as comfortable as the higher-end models). We were within easy walking distance from the stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we stayed home for dinner (and drinks near the fireplace) about as often as we went out. Because we visited in January not all of the restaurants were open, but we greatly enjoyed the ones that were, and Lagos is nearby (we hiked to Lagos along the fisherman's trail one day. It took us +/- 90 minutes and the views are amazing). We highly recommend this property for a quiet winter vacation, but we imagine it would be fun any time of the year.

Great house with a lot of space

The house is perfectly located in Luz. You just need 3 walking minutes to the beach and all the stores and grocery stores are nearby. Also all restaurants are reachable within minutes. So if you are searching for a family a place to stay choose that one👍🏼

Whirlpool genial!

Die Lage ist ideal in einem absolut ruhigen Stadtteil. Leider wurde derMeerblick verbaut. Rechts und links Nachbarn mit Hunden. Am Anfang sehr oft Hundegebell. Nach 2 Wochen hatten sich die Hunde an uns gewöhnt und es wurde himmlisch ruhig. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und bei 2 kleinen selbstgemachten Problemen sofort zur Hilfe da. Küche mit allem eingerichtet . Feuerholz für den Kamin aussreichend.Der beheizte Whirlpool war für die Jahreszeit das absolute Highlight: Morgens vor dem Frühstück in den Pool und abends, bevor man es sich vor dem Kaminfeuer gemütlich machte, nochmals in den Pool. Schnelles WLAN hat das Ganze abgerundet. Vielen Dank Thierry. Du weisst, wir wären gerne noch 2 Monate geblieben, aber leider haben die nachfolgenden Gäste zu spät storniert. Wir hatten schon wo anders gebucht.
