About this property

Family and installer-friendly apartments

Our new and beautifully renovated apartment on Barbarossa Lake offers everything you need for a short break.

Short maturities in Göppingen downtown, the bakery and butcher, to the doctor and to the bench.

From here you can go directly to the Hohenstaufen by nature and from there enjoy the spectacular view, or simply soak up the beautiful sight of the lake, which is located right outside the apartment. In a fenced area there is a nice playground, surrounded by trees and without disturbing, direct road.

Our apartment is designed for 1-5 people.

You can expect a completely new and full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and stove.

There are a double bedroom and a room with sofa bed available. Cabinets are in course.

On request an extra bed for the fifth person can be asked to do so.

There is a large, fully equipped living, dining and kitchen area available.

Free parking can be found next to the house.

The garden can be happy with uses in nice weather.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the Wonung.


The price depends on the number of people and length of stay.

It falls a final cleaning with € 40, - to.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar im Grünen und doch innenstadtnah. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu Wünschen übrig und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Netter Vermieter, saubere und schöne Wohnung

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene und 3 jähriges Kind) durften im April 2018 für eine knappe Woche die Wohnung mieten. Wir fanden eine saubere und komfortabele Wohnung vor. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer (Kinderschlafzimmer direkt neben dem Badezimmer) eine gut eingerichtete Küche (ohne Backofen) und einen großen Wohn-Essraum. Das Schlafzimmer für die Eltern war ebenfalls groß und gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist Allergiker geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
