Located in Le Minihic-sur-Rance, a charming historic village on the banks of the Rance, this lovely house is ideal for 4 adults (plus up to 2 children).

You will love its peaceful setting at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, right at the foot of the GR34 hiking trail and just 100 meters from the shores of the Rance, where you will find a small beach perfect for swimming.
Le Minihic is the perfect base for exploring the Emerald Coast: you are just 15 minutes away from St Malo, Dinard, Cancale, and Dinan, and only 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel.
​This beautiful stone house has retained all of its authentic charm. It features 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the second with 2 single beds. You will also find 2 bathrooms, a lovely living area with 2 sofas (including one sofa bed), a TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) to make you feel right at home.
Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace and a fully enclosed garden equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for your meals and relaxing moments.

Noël au Minihic-sur-Rance

Nous avons passé un excellent réveillon de Noël dans cette jolie maison du bord de mer. Brigitte était présente pour nous accueillir et nous faire la visite du gîte qui offre de belles prestations. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du point de vue exceptionnel sur la Rance en raison d'une météo très brumeuse :/. Nous recommandons particulièrement cette location.
